Searched "boneless skinless thighs" recipe on RUclips and found this SIMPLE yet FANTASTIC recipe! Made it for dinner tonight and everyone was happy. This is going into the rotation! Thank you!
I made this for dinner today and used chicken leg quarters. Only thing I did different was seared my chicken for a few minutes on both sides before putting on top of the rice. It was soooo good! I love watching your videos and adding recipes to my list. I get tired of the eating the same thing and like to switch it up.
My family and I are in the house for the week with the flu . And everyone is craving soothing food my chicken is currently thawing . Thank you for the recipe 🤍
I want to say, thank you. I followed step by step. You are now my cooking instructor. I did put a can of sweet peas in my dish, and I have to say, it is delicious and I mean delicious !!! Chicken so tender !!! God bless my cooking instructor forever father and his precious family,🙏, Amen.
You right you can never go wrong with that combination. Hahahaha...I was actually in Atlanta when I recorded that video so I didn't have my cooking things. So I had to use what i had. I promise II didn't have any alcohol in those glasses(-:
Works better if you season and then brown the chicken first, set it aside on a plate, THEN add butter to the chicken juices and fond and saute your onions and garlic in that juicy pan. You can also add veggies at this point, and when it's sauteed, add in the rice and toast it for a minute. Then add your broth liquid, and then put the chicken back in the pan on top of the rice. Bring to a simmer on the stovetop and cover for 20-25 minutes until the rice has absorbed the liquid. After checking, remove from heat, cover and let it stand for another 30 min. Serve. The browning adds so much flavor, and you really don't need an oven. Chicken thighs are very forgiving and you can cook them completely before adding them to the pan, and they will still be tender...this method is pretty fool proof. I should know, because I'm the fool who cooks this at least once a week😂...
@@AllWingsEverything It was the tastiest, most tender chicken dish I have made!!! Everyone loved it!!! I love that it was so easy to make!! It’s definitely going to be put into my dinner rotation list! Thank you again!!!
Typed in B/S Chic Thighs..this video came up. Well its in the oven now! With the ingredients and spices I'm sure itll be very tasty, thanks! I also want to tell you how I appreciate the fact that you actually respond AND reply to the comments here! Not enough RUclipsrs do that...in fact, almost none do...so I want to thank you for that also!
When I first started watching, I was thinking that chicken needed to be seared first. But I stand corrected, it ended up with beautiful color on it. I won’t doubt you again. 🤭🤗
I had the same thought until the oven was mentioned and funny enough I came to RUclips because I was uncertain if I should seat the chicken before or after the onions. Happy I found this wonderful video!
Thank you for this recipe. I made it last night and it was delicious. I had leftovers today so I chopped up the chicken and reheated it real good with the rice and jacked it up with some “slap ya mama” (which you also introduced me to) and it was awesome. Two great meals in a row thanks to Spinelli!
@@AllWingsEverything Yeeeeah dawg, was next level mate. Siick how quick and simple it was too. Deffo gunna get on well me n U!!. Badman channel! Sub4life!.
Nice. I'm gonna try this today, but I'm brown the outside chicken first and then deglaze it as I cook the onions, to add more flavor. I wasn't sure how much rice and chow long to cook it though. Thanks.
@@AllWingsEverything in the description it says 1 1/2 cups of broth and in the video you say broth and 1 1/2 cups of water. Exactly you say “We're going to add our chicken broth and guys we're gonna also add some one and a half cups of water”. So that’s why I was confused as you never mentioned water in the description
What texture does the rice come out in ? I got extra long grain rice is that okay to use ? I can’t wait to try this I’m going to try it tomorrow @allwingseverything
It's hard to say but it's not a fluffy texture like you would normally eat rice. However, it's not soggy or mushy. If you had a rice casserole I would say its more similar to that.
The rice shouldn't come out mushy but it should be as fluffy as if you cooked it separately. Usually mushy rice comes from over cooking it and absorbing too much water.

I'm not sure the size of this pot. I was in an Airbnb when I made this recipe.
Where did you got the chicken stock
You can find it in any supermarket.
Looks good boss
Thanks bro💪🏽😋
Absolute FIRE. btw when are you having your own seasoning come out and can we get it here on YT?
Definitely! You'll be the first to know when it's released.
Do you cook the same way with bone in chicken thighs
Yes, follow the same process.
I love it I do not like wet chicken.
Me neither😁😉😋
This looks delicious! Can you substitute for drumsticks?
Sure, that will work just fine.
Wing king you should make some crown royal peach mango habenero wings straight 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🔥🔥🔥
That's a mouth full...but it sounds good. I'll have to look into that.
And i know i left a comment below but does my cooking time increase since i have extra long grain rice
I would keep the cooking time the same, however you want keep and eye on it because it's ready once the water has absorbed..
In the oven as I type. I hope it comes out as good as yours!
How did it go?
Can you cook this without chicken broth?
Yes, you can use water or vegetable broth if you like.
What kind of pot is that your using 🤔 and where can I get one?
I actually filmed this video in an Airbnb so I was using what was available. I can't remember what type of pot it was.
Perfect recipe, but I used yellow rice instead 😊
