Water Issue in My New Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: A Major Problem!❌

I'm facing a significant problem with my new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450. Water has somehow made its way into the fuel tank, which is causing performance issues. Every bike of enfield has a recessed tank cap. And water drain pipe, when it is blocked all hell will break loose. I always tie a small tank bag(back pack) on top and has had no problem. Enfields of 30 years ago did not have this problem because the the whole tank cap projected out side.
