I love Greta Van Fleet and I hate that everyone wants to say they are a cover band for Led Zeppelin and it’s not true. They are really talented in their own right!!
These guys are fantastic. Love all their tunes...so refreshing to hear rock come back in this decade. I loved ggrowong up as a teenager in the 70's and these guys bring me back in time with a modern twist.. great job.

Just watched another reaction video and the guy said Greta is his wife's favorite band and she would rather listen to them than breathe. Just summed up the last few years of my life. 😁This song is definitely a song to see live. Sing-along. But not a bone shaker. Can't wait for the new tour.
I can only agree with all who have already said this is great live. Usually ends up a jam session. It's a fan fave that they often still play live ( as with Highway) there is are great "twin" moments in this one where Jake comes over to sing the chorus with Josh sharing the mike. You really must give red rocks a viewing, or them live in Chile. The latest video clip is a couple of songs from Beale St festival.
I remember one of the interviews on the Melissa Hager TV RUclips Channel (a podcast from GVF's hometown) their mom Karen Kiszka said Josh and Jake didn't really speak until they were three years old, but they had a very intricate form of sign language with each other from infancy. Those "twin moments" you see on stage are fascinating.
I’ll always have a soft spot in my heart for this song because it led me to this band. I saw the mocking TikTok videos of their SNL performance (due to Josh’s dress and mannerisms) and thought, this is a nice folksy blues song with great instrumentation and vocals…so I checked out their other songs and was blown away. I’ve since read that their streaming skyrockets every time those TikTok videos make a reappearance…so they must be laughing about that. It’s not my favorite song, but I still like it.

Not sure if anyone mentioned it yet - half of the album was written in studio, but several songs are much older, including Lover Leaver (2014 or even earlier - which is impressive) or You're The One. Not really my favourite one, but this is still teenage Josh... (And obviously, teenage girls love the song. This is their TikTok hit.) Baby GVF! Love those old clips! They're a testament to the fact that their stage persona and costumes aren't a schtick; they've always been goofy retro geeks, lol.
This is definitely so so on the studio album, much better live like all of their songs. Not my favorite, but this was still pretty early in their evolution.
I liked this song when I was younger because it was the easiest way to say that I can play a GVF song. I don't like it anymore haha. I can play much more than a few chords now.

There is a little surprise at the end of this song from the Red Rocks concert. Also the joy on Josh’s face singing this at Red Rocks gives me chills. GVF was having as much fun as the fans! Thanks for the honest reaction. I look forward to your posts every night.
This song was the original beginning of hate and further fame for the band because their live performance on SNL was horrible, Josh was high and or nervous. Obviously the band are a lot more confident now and Josh has a vocal coach, a lot of their earlier live performance his voice wasn’t as stable.
This one is absolute magic live. Especially at red rocks. Josh and jake harmonize beautifully on vocals.
