if the boys in unprocessed ever read this, I've been a long time fan, like back to 2015, I wish I could just do a song or a single with you guys, your music and the inspiration its given me to explore new techniques as far as my guitar mastery goes, and the fact that I actually have been told several times, by multiple bands and friends that I actually have a voice almost identical to manny. but on top of always inspiring me. your music has alone saved my life quite a few times these past two years. its been so hard. but I love yall, and thank you for helping me in so many ways

It sucks but those kinds of people (who's parents had money to pay for lessons) have a serious head start. Doesn't mean we can't get there but I will probably be 50 then haha 22 years to go!
Postrock reverb effect on lead 2 is killing me. Amalgam of Jazz, Rock, Punk and Dubstep combined with classical essence is what makes them unique. Their skill in use of notes on quite expanded octave level is breathtaking....

It already is and has been for years. :)
The genre you're looking for is called Djent. Bands like early Periphery, Animals As Leaders, Tesseract, Widek, Modern Day Babylon, Uneven Structure, Vildhjarta, Meshuggah and so many more. Although Meshuggah's sound is quite different to the other guys, as Djent evolved from their sound.
Also, as a note, it's usually more picking than actually strumming chords.

Its not often I come across a band where I am able to enjoy the music without analysing it to death. But by the time the first chorus hit, I had done all the analysing I needed and was able to just enjoy the song. It is rare that happens to me. But this band nailed everything perfectly, the tones, the drums, the bassist is a beast with great feel. Loved the vocals too. Just amazing.
