@@neonnerd1364 Polyphia didn't sell out, they changed their sound that they felt suited them more and it did. Their heavy stuff was cool but New Levels New Devils is easily the best album they have ever made.

What in the fucking world have I just stumbled on? I don't even have headphones in and this shit is giving me goosebumps.
Producing is tip top, instrumentals (the solo just started playing just now as I'm typing omg) and the vocals are fucking phenomenal.
I'm honestly shocked. A small time band has never kicked my ass like these guys have. Outro is playing right now and I'm gonna lose my shit.
They don't need any vocals... Their instrumental is good enough
I love how clean this sounds. Its metal but it doesn't feel Mad for Mad's sake, there's texture and atmosphere.

Maybe the front man? he lacks alot of charisma in vocal style, lyrics and bit of preventative expression.
His instrumental riffs and sound is amazing but I think it's time for him to realize the band has a better chance if he steps down and lets someone who spent their whole lives on vocals take over. If he puts 100% into guitar just imagine how much better they could be - you can't they are so fucking good instrumentally now already lol.
@@FirstNameLastName2k you sound like an idiot. You clearly don't know a talented vocalist when you hear one. He's subtle and understated on purpose because he wants the instrumentation to be the focal point. Much like The Contortionist and Tesseract vocalists.

Unpopular opinion, I think they're better off as three-piece band, that vocalist is BY FAR technically the best among the three guitarists. So good that the other two guitarists look and feel so redundant (and both are actually excellent already!).

This is actually fucking fire. A perfect mesh between Tesseract, Uneven structure, and Northlane. Love it.

Now that you mention it, the Tesseract vibes were heavy in this one. I've been on a Periphery kick lately, so that was the first thing I thought of.
Sounds more like new Volumes and ERRA to me.
