- The EPIC team continues to build out our EPIC 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave with an American Adventure Lab fender, inner fender and light upgrade. In this video, the Ginger takes us through the install process and explains where some minor modifications are required for the Mojave Gladiator.

The bed liner on the finders is amazing!!
AAL mod was one of the first things I did on my GRubicon! Well worth the cost of the upgrade! I added their inner front fenders too and plan on the rears a bit later on down the road! One of my lights had the driving light portion stop working and they made it right, Fantastic customer service!

First time jeep owner here (gladiator) I’m the first In my whole family to own a jeep. I saw this on my way to work a few weeks back and I’m so happy I ran into this video. I definitely will have to buy this one day, I love it!

I bought these American adventure lab fenders liners for my Mojave last month and apparently have 2 or 3 more weeks before they get here but I can't wait also went with Fabtech tube fenders.

I just received the exact same kit to my Mojave..I noticed there's a screw they want you to drill through your fender to attach the sequential turn signal..how'd you guys get away without it..that gray is badass btw
I just installed these Baja At tyres and they are bloody good way better than my Toyo RT. What psi do you run them at?
Haha you're not going to tell them not to snug everything up till the end this was a must for me to get them on especially the rear ones but looks so good the jt probably wouldn't need the back ones the jl has welds and other stuff with a few love taps with a hammer and the adjustability with keeping everything loose went right on every jeep is different so just keep this in mind when installing inerfinderliners you might be the first person with this issue I was with american adventure lab took me several hours on the phone with them and 2 days scratching my head till I figured it out

What do you think about spraying the sides of the Mojave with the paint matching bedliner?
While that's certainly an option (eg. Starwood motors does this quite a bit), I don't know that you'd want textured paint on the body panels ;-) That... and the cost.
Those look great! Not sure which I like more, the Color matched fenders or the inner fenders. Those lights are sick too!

Those turn signals have been on my short list since I ordered my Jeep. I’m just waiting for them to do them in a clear lens. They would match the headlight so much better.

I have the AAL lights and they are great.... Except I am not a fan of the "dingy" look of the lenses when not lit. I was thinking a solution may be to spray paint an opaque white or gray? Maybe window tint, would it stick? What do you guys think? Let me know.

So with these new inner liners from American adventure labs, and the Apex autolynx you don’t have to trim a hole into the liner?
I want both of these mods but now I may have to add these liners to the list if it clears once flexed out.
With the Apex Links you would have to trim out a hole, I decided not to and switched over to a Rubicon Sway Bar system take off.
I have a gobi gladiator and the bed liner fenders would be so awesome

Man your videos make me want a gladiator so badly. Just with kids on the horizon i dont know how baby friendly they are (as in space for carseats)
The back seats are spacious. A car seat is no problem.
You guys do some great videos. This one included. Can you figure out a way to install an AEV Snorkle.. Ive waited over a year to install one on mine but still no snorkle for the Mojave
Unfortunately that likely will never happen, its not molded to fit our Mojaves and AEV takes forever to come out with or change a products design.
@@TheEPICBeardedGinger Thats what I was afraid of.. I've looked at Rugged Ridge's unit but the cowel Height makes it a no go. I'll keep looking.

These lights are back ordered till mid December order quake lights same design and they have them on stock...
Who did the fender flare liner? A private paint shop or a big shop like linex, bulletliner? Linex here just told me they will only spray black. I gotta do this! 🔥🔥

AAL makes great stuff, but there shipping is off the charts high. But do love there stuff.
If they just made them flash and not chase I would buy them right now. I just want the stock inner fenders still installed with my diode dynamic elite max head lights and fogs.

Yes they are, in 37x12.5R17, I truly love they, awesome on road and great off road, also the side walls are crazy thick.

I know since this video your gladdy has evolved a bunch. But when you did this install and flexed at the end, were your links hitting anywhere on the inner fenders? I have the apex links and would like to get those inner fenders. Just curious if I will have to do any cutting to the inners.
Yeah, we had to let go of the Apex Links as they hit the inner fenders. Bummer because they are cool.
Where do you get the black retention hardware for the fenders instead of the white plastic OEM clips?
I just wish this fender upgrade was not so expensive. Most guys who review this don't have to buy it like us regular guys!

How did you install the lights without using the screws that go into the side of the fender.
Are these very flimsy plastic or pretty sturdy ? I was debating between these and Rugged Ridge but I heard negative reviews about how flimsy Rugged Ridge's is. Thank you in advance for your response

No idea, but personally wouldn’t mount a compressor there, there are much better options available and even better ones coming soon😉

We do sell them locally in our area.
I know, unfortunately, my Jeep was damaged by a tree due to Hurricane Ida. I wanted to upgrade to the AAL light canisters because they are awesome. I will have to use hand turn signals until December. LOL
Are the stock rear painted fenders riding enough to just drive on the highway without flapping all over and the bracing is taken out?
Yep - works fine. No flopping ;-) We did replace the typical OEM white clips with black metal fasteners, which are shown in the video.

What is the exact shop that bed lined the fenders? I can’t seem to find them
What size lift are you running on the JT?
Can you tell me if they can bed-line cover the OME black unpainted fenders? I was told by a local bed-line company they couldn't do them and if they did the product would not last and peel off.
Yep, you can do it. We've done it and abused them, even against trees and there's no issue. Been 6 months now since we had them done.

How are the fenders structurally without the bottom black plastic? Do they flex a lot on the highway? Also, doesn't AEV fender chop light need a screw in the side of the fender?
Honestly once they are bolted down they are pretty solid, the bolt at the corner is optional, I decided to not put it in cause I prefer the look without it.

I like your vids and have subscribed. One thing is the fenders don't quite look Stingray gray. Am I wrong or is it just the camera not picking up true color?
The fenders are colour matched, however it's bed liner, so it's not going to be 100% of a match with the texture. Looks great in person tho ;-)

@@raizacalderon4327 Any paint shop should be able to match the sting grey colour as it's a standard Jeep paint colour. However, as noted above, it's not going to match 100% as the texture affects how it looks.
My first thought was why didn't you just have them wrap the fenders in that self healing wrap? Looks great though!
