you wouldn't believe the amount of times I've dropped my bracelet trying to tie the ends. great video.
Ikr, the struggle. This was a great tutorial
Thanks Justine, glad this video was so helpful for you, we love this technique and we're happy to see it's working for folks!
Tell me about it 😂 I feel like punching somebody or something 😭😭😭😭
RIGHT!!!!!
I feel your pain...when I drop beads they fall between me and my desk...I call this area the Bermuda triangle because I can never find them again!
AHHH! Now I know what I'm doing! Now I know to go through the beads TWICE with the Opelon, and how to finish the bracelet by making a quality knot, and enforcing it in such a way that it won't come apart. Thanks for a great,
clear, easy-to-see Tutorial! Amie
you're so welcomed!
I had no idea, I only thought I knew how to make a bracelet!!! And the worst part is that I ordered wrong size beads darn it, they are gonna be too big for a 10 yr old!!
@@vetalverson7401 Ask the 10 year old if the beads are too big.
EXCELLENT QUALITY TUTORIAL! !
crystal cear voice, no distracting background music, very easy to see up close.
Thank you!
Too many "tutorials" are unfortunately more interested in the editing effects rather than focusing on making ab tutorial actually displaying clearly And explaining at a reasonable speed. ..
Great job, this helped alot
Thanks for your kind words! We are glad you enjoyed the tutorial! We like getting straight to the point.
Yes
I loved this tutorial! Very easy to follow and it was easy to understand what she was saying. ❤
You write alot of reply
@@beadaholique I'm just wondering, especially since you used a needle why not just bead through with a double elastic strand from the get go?
I came to look for how to tie. I had already gone through all my beads WITHOUT a needle. It just doubles the work.
Turns out that I had 'accidentally' bought the exact same products you recommended. But even with the right products, I still needed your help to learn how to secure the cord. Again, thank you for your video.
awesome. so glad we could help
This is an incredibly helpful video, and so well made. No superfluous jibber-jabber, just plain and very clear instructions. Thank you x
Glad we could help! We've never been a big fan of jibber-jabber either, we keep our videos nice and to the point.
Your tutorial is a huge improvement over what I was doing with stretch bracelets. I feel so much more confident that my stretch bracelets will last a long time using your technique. Thank you.
Possible with double string to safely use higher value beads
For one who is new to this hobby and has the patience of a gnat, I really appreciate this video and am waiting to receive the Big Eye Needles.
The big eye needles make such a difference, they'll get you started off right. Welcome to the hobby!
OMG, I've made so many bracelets over the years and I've never known about this double stringing technique. Nor did I know about cementing the knot into a bead. Thank you so much for explaining that!
Thank you so much! You literally a lifesaver, you wouldn't believe how much effort I put into keeping these strings together 😆 Your video is amazing, keep it up! ❤️
Wow I’m blown away !! Thank you so much for sharing ♥️ Im literally just starting out with my 4 yr old how thankfully is getting creative.
So I was just looking on eBay after buying beads the other day then it dawned on me we have no cord, so after looking up some on eBay I discovered from a seller there is all types of thickness!! It took some time but I got it lol
Then I was about to buy some so I read the description and low and behold the kind lady added something on the lines of,
“ If you think just tying a knot in you cord/bracelet is enough, it will not hold for long ! Please go to YT to see how to stop this happening”
So I found your channel again Thank you for showing us all how to achieve this.
Subscribed about an hour a go but, school run’s a must, just had time to leave my comment.
Amazing Bless you ✨♥️✨
Thanks for subscribing!
You are so so soft spoken which makes your tutorial more interesting and makes others to stay there from the beginning to the end.
Hi, I am so happy to see how you feed back thru the beads and the knots you do. So smooth. I still have a couple of knots come out of the lava beads. My beads have small holes so I have a difficult time. I love making bracelets so I will keep practice. Thank you for a great tutorial...
Thank you for the nice words!
Wow, this is THE best technique I've seen yet--thanks, Beadaholique!
Thanks for this! I have stayed away from stretch bracelets as they tend to break over time. This will help.
Great explanation on securing knots for my bracelet. Thank you 🎉.
Absolutely brilliant idea & no music playing in the background ! Thank you 😊
My favorite bracelet with great sentimental value broke. I knew nothing about beading, but after studying your video the project came out perfectly. Thank you!
My very old and favorite bracelet broke a needed to be restrung so I found your video. I'm so happy I did! It was easy to do. It's better than before! And now I have your website for supplies.
Is there a way to like a video more than once?
I am so glad I watched your video!! So helpful! I just bought a ton of beads to get into jewelry making & I was feeling so overwhelmed at where to start & how to properly make an elastic bracelet.. such a great video! ❤️
One of the best bead stringing videos 😊
That’s a really ingenious way of adding strength to your stretchy bracelets, thanks for the video!
I’ve wondered how to do this for years! Thank you!
Thanks for this informative video on how to close a stretch braclet. I've only been making jewerly for 6 months after being a life long crafter of other categories. I never knew how difficult making jewerly is compared to other categories. My Lord i will never complain again about the price of an artist's jewerly items cause i know now first hand how hard it can be. 😊
Welcome to the world of jewelry making!
@@beadaholique Thanks
Where have you been my whole life! No wonder my bracelets kept breaking and I was using a diff kind of plastic that would never stay tied for long. Thank you so much for sharing
Wonderful tutorial! Thank you!
So GREAT! My bracelets kept breaking or untying. Could never find that stretch fiber until this video. Super super helpful!!!

Thank you - I now know how to properly secure a stretch bracelet! Excellent...
Very helpful and not a painful tutorial to get thru. I am so glad I thought to RUclips my question and found you!
Best secure closure for stretch cord! Thanks!
This is the best knot technique I have seen in youtube and it's easy to do.
Thanks so much. This is the extra assurance I needed for these bracelets.
Thank you for helping us to make this bracelet. So beautiful.
Excellent. Thank you. I have had all of the supplies to do this for years. I lacked the confidence. You have given me the confidence and the knowledge that I needed.
So glad we could help JoAnn! We're hearing from a lot of people right now who are pulling out old craft projects and giving them a new try and it's wonderful to be able to help people do that!
This is the best video I have seen on making a bracelet. Thank you!!!
Your technique is head and shoulders above the rest!
☺💎🏆💞
Great video, I’m going to use this technique with my new order of stretch bracelets.
Nice clear and concise instructions. I feel more confident in making my first bracelet.
Thank you, for clear direction how to make a bracelet long lasting wear..Listening from South Florida..
GREAT tips! Thank you so much. Learned something new watching this.
I felt really bad that I couldn't do a simple stretch bead bracelet because they kept breaking. Thank you so very much. Your video has helped me a lot. I have looked for a while and I have finally found you. I know I gave up long ago so now I will try again.
I am so pleased that I checked out Your tutorial ! I agree with how easy you show and explain everything! Thank You so much!
I’ve always wanted to make bracelets connect, I never knew how and was always so stumped…then I thought, RUclips haha! And your video was the first one I found and I’m glad I found it! I used to make just memory wire coil like bracelets because I never thought I could make a bracelet like this but I am so happy I can’t wait to make some!!
Thank you for your helpful video. I was attempting my first bracelet and realized that I didn't know how to secure the ends properly (without extra cord showing) so that it would last. This was very helpful!
Perfect! Out of all of the videos I’ve watched on how to secure these bracelets...this seems like the best technique to me! I made my first bracelet today following your instruction! Thank you!
That makes us so happy to hear! Thanks so much for watching our video!!
Thank you. Your video was informative, direct, and most helpful. 👍
Great! I am so glad it helped.
Thank you for the glue section. That part was my hang up.
Great tutorial! My stretch bracelet broke and now I feel confident to fix it. Will search your website for supplies. Wonderful
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I have a stretch memorial bracelet in memory of my dear pup, Bingo. It broke recently and I was heartbroken. Your tutorial showed me how to repair my bracelet and I wear it every day! :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We are so happy to hear our video helped! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Hi lynn from Scotland just starting jewellery making thanks for helping me understand a lot more about the tools and wire sizes .
great way for me to learn to keep the bracelet together!!! Thanks!
I adore this! Thank you! I’m starting a small business and I knew there had to be a better way than the juvenile way of looping it once and tying the ends!
Glad we could help, good luck with your jewelry business!
@@beadaholique Thank you so much!
Thank you for this very helpful user friendly video, very much appreciated! :-)
Thank you I have never had a problem with my bracelets but your direction are fabulous thank you again
I wish I watched this video years ago. Now I will have to restring my precious stone bracelets. Very useful video. Thanks a lot!!!
You're welcome! Glad it was useful.
You made a wonderful video. So easy to follow. THANK U
Excellent video. I just saw someone else’s, and it didn’t use glue nor hid the string like yours. Thank you. I’m using your technique
Great, easy to follow instructions for securing my beaded bracelets!! Thank you!!
Amazing! So simple but life changing!
💗 Great technique. TFS.
thank you for this!! i didn’t glue mine because i am using tiny clay beads, but this really helped to make sure i was securing the bracelets enough! i am giving these away so i am glad to have a secure knot
Thank you for this video! It was so informational! I actually use Tiger Eye beads and they are much heavier as we know than wooden beads. I was having such a time with them. It takes me so long to actually string my beads but I think I will try your way because it seems faster and smarter.
Outstanding. So happy to have found your channel. Thank you, from Australia.
This was just an amazing video! Thank you so much! I am just starting out.
Wow, thank you so much for this much needed, fantastic information! You're the best for sharing your hard earned tips and tricks with us!!!
You are awesome!! Wonderful tips and you've got me excited to start beading!! Thank you!
Thanks so much. Beautifully done!
What a great idea. Thanks so much.
This is one of the best video I watched so far for bracelets! I bought some soft cord yesterday and somewhat did the same technique but I pulled mine too tight. So I will make another one and try again. I also love those needles you used too..it will make my bracelet making faster. Thank you so much for this video!
A very clear and precise tutorial video. 👌
Thank you for this demonstration. Very nice
Thank you so much!! I’m not skilled and it’s my first time doing this, but I managed to make an anklet because of this video. Thank you.
Glad we could help!
Thanks SO much for this video. I have made stretch bracelets out of expensive gem stones only to have them fall apart on first wear😤. I hope this method works with the stretch cord I have🙏.
This is a very good instructional video, that gets straight to the point, with a clear visual of exactly what she is doing. No silly chitchat and nonsense. I went out and bought everything necessary and made a bracelet with no trouble after watching this. Thank you for the video.
Thanks for appreciating our style. No silly chitchat here, just solid techniques. Glad this video was so helpful for you!
Excellent tutorial! I did one bracelet with the needle and double strand. But the knot was too bulky. I'm glad I've learned the right way to do it. Also I will have to buy the good elastic you are talking about. Thank you for your excellent tips!
What an excellent tip...Thanks!
Easy & simple... Thank you!
This method is brilliant and simple, the only word I can come up with is elegant. Thank you
I just made my first beaded bracelet by following this tutorial, using beads that I made myself out of Polymer Clay. It was fun and easy to follow! Thank you so much for sharing!
I am an absolute newbie at this and I cant express how Grateful I am for this video. Living in Tucson we have so many beads and with the help of this video I was able to grab loose beads at the gem show and make my own bracelets! Thank You!!!
We are so happy to hear this helped! Thanks for watching!
* feeling ascended bc i was already doing this *
thanks for the product recommendations! i was using stretch magic and i noticed it wore out really quick with the big heavy gemstone beads i'd strung on.
Very nice tutorial. Love the bracelet. Thank you.
So nice and clear, I wish all directions were like yours! Thank you!
Thanks for the great tips!
This video is so helpful thank you!
Been searching for this lesson for awhile and it was great, however, it may have been a little easier to follow the thread if the background could have been another color besides white. Thank you for this lesson boy did I need it!
I am glad it helped!
We are family. Nice to meet you. I love your video, learning how to make a stretchy cord breaclet.
Thank you so much. Very informative.
Thank you for this tutorial! I made my first two bracelets tonight and they came out perfectly using this method.
That makes us so happy to hear! Thanks for watching!
Thank you!!! One of my ALL TIME FAV bracelets broke… I bought the cord and tried several times before deciding to look it up! You explained this perfectly and now I have it back! Kudos!
Thanks so much for this video! In appreciation I'll be ordering glue and string and some other stuff for next time. Great tips!!
