I have no idea where I got the idea so deeply ingrained into me that if I wasn't being productive every waking moment that it was lazy and shameful. My parents had balance. They rested. They did leisurely hobby stuff that wasn't a side hustle of any kind. Somehow I still turned into someone who can't sit down and take a breather without feeling guilty about it.
Try to not do too much all the time Jeannette & learn to relax more & make life easy for yourself honey. do whatever you can don't try to do too much all the time & too much at one time. save your engergy for important things
