There is a reboot/new Blade movie coming out, although it now seems it might be delayed until 2025. That may be the driver behind the game coming out when it wasn't expected? Hard to say.

Blade is only published by bethesda, its an arcane Lyon game. So better looking at Dishonored, prey, or deathloop for the style.
