MissKatie YASSSS
MissKatie please do. I've been wanting Tati to do this forever
CALL IT MAKEUP MISHAPS
MissKatie yes please 💕
Oh! And how to prevent glasses from taking the foundation away on your nose! I’ve tried powdering in that spot right before putting them on, powdering the nose piece, putting a dab of primer on the nose piece, nothing works and I always end up forgetting and walking around with big circles of missing foundation! Thank you Tati! Love these types of videos! ❤️
Same problem girrl!!!
Try not powdering and carry a slightly damp beauty sponge on you. When you take the glasses off, pat the area with the sponge. Wont stop it but easier to fix when there was no powder there. Bit of a faff having to carry the sponge but having a slightly damp sponge is the best makeup fixer anyway. I have an extra one I carry with me all the time!
Powder your nose before primer then after primer before foundation then after foundation. I wear glasses everyday that is what I do when I am worried about it and it works.
This was my question too! I use oil sheets because I can’t blot with powder throughout the day (it would be too much powder, she is oily!) and that helps a bit.
Jamie Paige beauty suggested once that she will put an eye primer on those spots then go in with foundation and powder.
I would LOVE to see an unedited video of you doing your makeup, start to finish. And see EXACTLY how you do your makeup. Even if there is an issue, and the video goes for 45 - 60mins, or longer, I would love to see everything you do.
And I’m sure ppl would love an hour video of you ‼️‼️‼️‼️
CeeJay Gunn omg this is a great idea!!
emily noel did this, such a good video. I would love it if Tati did the same. :)
CeeJay Gunn yes please! Pretty please!
Abso-bloomin-lutely!! great to hear that others like this idea too, TATI !!! please see this! I couold quite happily see an hour long video of Tati!! I learn better visually seeing something so this would be fabby! x
I would love this! I always wonder why the makeup gurus on RUclips always do their eyeliner and lashes off screen. Always seemed kinda suspicious to me...
LOOOOVED THE INTRO, where do we vote to make this a series? Makeup101
Cecilia Galindo Garza 💯💖💖👍👍 this idea
I am blown away by your beauty in this video. That black lace top with those layered necklaces, your hair, and makeup. I aspire to be as classy, glamorous, loving, and genuine as you some day. I love you Tati
I agree!
On top of that also her personality and optimism! 😀
Can you show how to fix eyeglass marks on the nose and cracking/ settling into lines with liquid lipstick!!
makayla byrd i always put eyeshadow primer on the bridge of my nose and it helps so much!
Watch Stephanie Lange! She made a video on it and it helped so much!
makayla byrd ooooh yes this please
When I use a liquid lip without a pencil I go light by the lines and use concealer around my mouth.
Don't go crazy though with the concealer. Lol! Just lightly afterwards and use an angle brush!
YES TO THE SERIES!!! One thing I’d like to know (mainly for theatre) is if you’ve fully cried and weren’t able to lean, how do you fix your foundation without redoing your whole face makeup??
Andrea Munoz Use the cushion foundation tip she mentions at the very end.
Heidi Sapp thank you :)
Cakey under eye! I have wrinkles under my eye and its a very tricky area...any help with that would be awesome!
* chanting *: SERIES! SERIES! SERIES! SERIES! SERIES! SERIES! SERIES! SERIES! SERIES!
Riigghhttt!
Tatum Borealis yessss

Makeup 101 series please!
Michelle Morera yeeeeeeeeeessssss

MITCHELL WIGGS hii I love your videos💓🙆
Heyy Ivanna thank you hun!! 💕
MITCHELL WIGGS please
damn Drew Barrymore was right yellow eyeshadow is looking GOOD on you
Jonny Khan no
Jonny Khan yes
Yes please do a series. How can you lighten up your eyeshadow in the crease if it gets to be alittle more than you wanted?
Rhonda Danielle I had this situation the other day. I used a bone matte white eyeshadow and went over the crease color and that helped a lot to tone it down.
Yes more videos like these please! You look super fantastic in this video Tati! xxx
With the runny nose thing, I always twist toilet paper and shove it in my nose and twirl it around (I know, gross) and it gets rid of all of the snot while not wiping off your makeup with the tissue.
Melina Sofía Q tips work good too ! Especially if you don't want to smudge your make-up!
Same girl
Yep me too lol
Same omg
Me too. Lol
Does anyone else have this problem? Sometimes when I do my concealer and go to blend with my damp beauty blender, the sponge takes all my concealer and it looks like crap under my eye! Is the sponge too wet? I can’t figure it out! Tati help me! Lol
Kate yes the sponge might be too wet you should put the blender in a tissue and squeeze all the excess water from it and then use it!
yessssss
I had that issue so I started really wringing out my sponge and making sure its DAMP and not wet, that helped a lot :))
Also I would love to see you do eye looks for or, better yet, on Asian girls... I am so jealous of y’all with your creases and visible top eyeliner and lid space
The only class I'll attend during summer.
Julia Brustad Hey just here to share my channel :) mind checking out?
Can you have James do your makeup then fix it? That would be awesome!!
How do you manage to perfectly match your face tone with your body with all the products you use. You make ask "what is she talking about". I've watched others who haven't done a good job with evening out their tone. Yours look like skin, theirs look like makeup, and too much of it.
I think she actually doesn't try too hard to be pale or tan. Also, maybe she doesn't cake her face if she doesn't need this.
i want to know too..i can never match my make up.
1969Vanessa Yeah I wanna know what tan she uses but I think she goes and gets a spray tab
So, my nose ALWAYS starts running when I do my makeup, so I literally take a tissue and roll it up until it looks like a tampon and stick it up my nose until I’m done with my makeup, lol and if it starts running during the day, I do the same thing (in the bathroom of course)
christina reilly me too!! My office at work is always cold so my nose is running all the time I’m so this constantly 😜
christina reilly I do the exact same thing! Lololol
I do the same lol
Same!!! Why is it that it decides to drip as I’m putting my makeup on!!!
Michigan Mommy lol I wonder why too, at first I thought maybe it was the way I was tilting my head, but it still just drips and drips lol
Does anyone ever have that moment when you've done your eye makeup great & you decide to add liner and it just becomes TOO THICC and you literally don't know what to do? How would you fix that without removing everything?
&
When your eyes water and you have eyeliner on and somehow it smudges and gets all over your eyelid messing up everything, that's another one.
.
These really are just liner questions but ya feel me?
Thorn Emily Q tips with 1damp end and 1 dry end is your best friend for both situations.
Thorn Emily elf make up remover pen may help
a toothpick with witch hazel on it is my holy grail
Messing up liner is pretty much something I do on a daily basis lol like another commenter suggested, the elf makeup remover pen works pretty well for this. I’ve had mine for a while and the tip does eventually get dirty, so I wipe it on a cloth or napkin before using. Twice now I’ve actually taken a pair of scissors and cut some of the dirty pieces off the tip to make it more fresh. For this liner scenario, I lay the tip along the liner I want to remove, hold there pressed to the skin for a second or two, and then carefully wipe. Then I go back in with small brushes and conceal the bare skin and fill in what I wiped away. It’s a pain and I wish there was an easier way
Or the eyeliner does that black string thing in the corner of the eye near the tear duct. Yuck.
Or a tight line that transfers to your waterline!
Yesssss more!!! Could you do an extreme closeup on how different foundations are suppose to sit on the skin. And what kind of foundations works best on the different skin types.
I really love this new and more open Tati. She’s letting her true self shine through ❤️❤️❤️
can you do a q&a w/ debunking beauty myths??? i have quite a few questions
Hi Tati great video and love the intro xoxo 💋edit would love a 3 part video series pls xoxo 💋
I was hoping you’d have a hack when you wear sunglasses and it leaves the mark on the sides of your nose.. how to prevent that?
I'm a glasses wearer and I put a lot of loose powder on the nose piece as if I was baking it. The foundation doesn't rub off this way, and when I take the glasses off, I blend the excess powder that's left on my nose with my finger. (a skin colored loose powder works the best with this)
lion bear I just started doing this!! Bake it on 450!!!
Yes!! Need to know
Yes please give tips for this Tati!!!!
I just keep concealer on me and touch up
Your tan looks *AMAZING* and those warm shadows look *DIVINE* 😍
Even your hair is PURRRFECT
How do you get your makeup on your nose itself to look good? I find that it gets cakey and breaks apart really easy and it's very difficult to get an even layer, no matter what method of application I use.
FierceJadeMakeup yes!! Every once in a blue moon my makeup stays on my nose and doesn’t break apart and then I think “what did I do differently this time” 🤔
There was a tip I learned from another youtuber but I can’t remember her name she said to put eye primer on your nose and it will help the foundation stick! Maybe give that a try if you haven’t already
I know jessica braun has mentioned that trick and I've done it before, it totally works!
I used to have this problem, try applying the foundation and powder more gently/w a light hand
James Charles says to put concealer all over your nose before you go into foundation and powder
**asks for a tissue**
Tati : **hands over a beauty blender**
Chanting "3 part series, 3 part series!"📣📣📣
I really enjoyed today’s trouble shooting your makeup video. I think a series of this would be a great idea. I would like to know I think we have all been there. We are off to the hair dressers but we want to look good so we put on a face of makeup. Of course when are hair is done and looking fabulous of course we are left with a large section of makeup missing from our forehead and around our ears. How would you suggest is the best products and method to fix this. Hugs and kisses Jessica.
love how comical this is!! keeps us engaged & watching the whole time 💗
Agreed, there were a lot of funny moments in this one! Love that.
Tati is the best
She’s so classy but still funny and so so relevant and her makeup tutorials are all so wearable and pretty.
She’s doing what she was born to do!
I have questions! How do you deal with sunglasses taking makeup off your nose?
Also I noticed my mascera really smudges but I don't want to get waterproof mascera since it's too hard for my sensitive skin. What should I do when mascera smudges throughout the day?
I love to apply extra powder to that area so it doesnt smear my foundation! Hope it helped!
Jisoo Yoon I will try that next time I do makeup, thank you!
Nerd wax. I use that and set it with powder sometimes
Bake around your eyes! Helps so much for my clients who have oily eyelids
I actually use a bit of lash glue to glue tiny bits of tissue on these two thingies (what are they called) that touch the space between my eyes and nose bridge and in the evening I just peel them off. Quite simple and has never left any residue on the glasses. Trust me otherwise I wouldn't be doing it bc my glasses are from Prada lol. It doesnt keep the make up from being taken off completely, but like 80% I would say
How do you stop your foundation from transferring onto your glasses/sunglasses?! I then get bald spots from where it was sitting on the bridge of my nose. Help!
karolinamarie08 id day just to set that area more with powder
I have this issue as well, I feel like I’ve tried everything
try checking out thickthrift she always reviews foundations for glasses wearers
watch stephanie lange video! about glasses do and donts and trick :)
I heard hot glue on your glasses works
I love how your'e changing up the editing! It's exciting and always keeps me guessing.
The cat eyeliner looks stunning on you, you definetely should wear it much more instead of an eyeliner without tail.
Btw, we want this to be a SERIES
And the award for best MUA on RUclips goes too...
AWESOME VIDEO! We’re all human and we all make mistakes. I can’t for the life of me, even when I use tarte shape get my under eye bags (sigh always tired) to not crease!
Maizie DuCoulombier same! Everyone says it doesn’t crease but it creases on me all the time.
Me too
I stopped using shape tape because it was way too dry for my under eyes and was a total crease-y mess. I find a more gel-like or wetter concealer will crease less on me if I set it properly, so I've been using the Maybelline Age Rewind and Makeup Revolution concealers with a bit more success.
I spritz my beauty blender with a spray that has glycerin ( I use tatcha dewy skin mist but Fix+ is good too) before blending my concealer. It has helped my under eye area not crease
Liana Pena I just started using the Maybelline Age Rewind, so far doing well! I’ll keep trying some more from ulta and hope to find a definite winner soon!
Thanks for responding to me!
Stay cool today Tati it’s going to be so crazy hot today!!! Part 2 and part 3 yes please!!
Thank you for the tips Tati! My question is, what to do if I go too wild with darker eyeshadow in my crease or outer corner and then want to tone it down or get rid of some that's in the wrong place but I've already got colour on the lid and arch highlight etc?
catsandstrawberries I have a tendency to do this and what I do is first i take a fluffy crease brush and blend to get away any excess powder and then I take a dense fluffy brush with a pigmented white shadow and blend that all over the dark shadow and that will dramatically lighten it
Also try taking your setting powder, get a little on a fluffy blending brush and blend around the edges most of the time it held with the overall blending
catsandstrawberries get a big fluffy eyeshadow brush and blend it very good.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSs
I'd like to see a video about how you match your makeup to your outfit!!!!!
Lynn Bice I think a lot of people would. I just choose and eye look and go off that
"life happens.eyes water & noses run" - tati westbrook ♡
Tati! What do you do if you've applied concealer under your eyes only to find that your skin is too dry and now you have a layer of concealer looking patchy af!
Yes please more videos like this! Everyone else does reviews and unboxings, it's nice to see tutorials. That's literally the reason we come to RUclips for.
Omg that concealer/eyeshadow trick just blew my mind!!!! Btw yellow eyeshadow on you...💛💛💛💛
Great tips. I would love a close up of the pictures in that book behind you. They look dope and I love that you actually turn the page every video.
Morgan Simone I never noticed that. It's a clever way to have consistency but to make some subtle changes. I like it better than the message board concept.
GretchenVaughn yeah I have kind if started looking for it in every video now lol.
Yessss! Do a series! My suggestion is to make a video about how to make your foundation look flawless and also blending blush, bronzer and highlight on top so everything won’t look so cakey etc...
My makeup issue I’d love a tip for, is every time I bake, especially under my eyes, it makes it look somewhat cakey; no matter the thickness of application, or brand, I always have this problem. I’ve tried everything from maybelline fit me to Tarte shape tape, and for a baking powder I use coty airspun, and have yet to find a solution/combination that works. Thanks for the help in advance! 💕
Please make a series. Every once in a while I try to do something creative with my eyeshadow and everything looks great. And then I think, oh just one more colour and suddenly I look absolutely insane. What can I do? Hide it with glitter? 😂 no serious question though!
What are we ? Tati's students
What do we want ? Extra lessons
I love this. Whenever I screw something up, I panic and frantically try to correct it and end up failing even more. Thank you, Professor Tati!
Yes Tati! ♥️ Please make part 2 and 3,there were some very usefull tips that I've never thought of
1.) your makeup looks AMAZING
2.) I always do the lean over and let the tears fall trick! 😂
3.) woooooowwwwwwww. The beauty blender trick. Genius.
We love a TTT - Tatis Tips & Tricks 💜
Omg you should definitely do a makeup 101 series! Not just fixing things but everything
concealer touch ups: powder foundation!!!!! i always use ot to build up coverage during the day
lina is there a specific powder foundation that you recommend?
I would LOVE a part two and three! 😘
You KNOW er NEED more parts of this series, right? ♥
Edukon YEEEEEEES
Hey Tati can you please do a powder foundation routine? I’m not a huge liquid makeup fan and I’m interested in how to do a nice look with powder. Help please!
Make sure that you are not applying the powder foundation over 'wet' skin. Wait for your moisturiser/primer/other base products to dry for a few minutes before you put the powder on. Sometimes I will even wipe over my face with a tissue to remove any moisturiser residue. Also using a proper mineral makeup brush or a tight bristle brush is a must. Use swirly buffing motions and only use a tiny amount.
That's my advice. I use powder foundation on a daily basis and it lasts 12+ hours (with a setting spray) and I love it! The BareMinerals or Nude by Nature starter kits are rad :)
fridaartista love the Bare Minerals foundation brush works good for powder foundation too!
I see some people talking about too many ads but I didn’t get a single one. 😳 This video was super helpful, I can’t wait to try these out!! Three part series please. 💛
Yes, yes hell yes on more of these!! Part 1,2,& 10 million!! please
Love this, learning something new everyday (especially about makeup) is awesome!!
Tati is a great teacher!!! 💙💯💜
Q-tips are also a good solution for crying - use them in the corner of your eye to soak up the tears (got this one from Wendy Williams lol)
KimShea22 Thanks for the tip. 💐
This is what I always do and it never fails 🙈
Cool. I am going to put some qtips in my emergency makeup bag for when I am out.
I always get sweaty while doing makeup no matter if I turn on the ac or not😅this ruin my foundation especially around my mouth, nose and forehead. Help me tati😭
Megatron Punchbag yesss. I have the same problem! Haha but it's because I'm living in a tropical country.
phoenix i live in a tropical country too! I'm asian 😂😂
Megatron Punchbag probably that's the big factor there. 😁 It's too humid in here that you'll perspire alot. But when the AC is on, it gets better.
Megatron Punchbag yess!!! Same thing happens to me even if I have the ac blowing right at my face..then that makes my eyes water...lol
OMG YESSSSSS
YES! So helpful. Make this a series Tati XO
Hi Tati! I’d love to see your skincare routine and hacks for sleeping and when your outdoors etc! Your skin is perfect !
Could you talk about texture? I always have the hardest time especially on my forehead cause when I powder the foundation down it looks cakey but if I don't set it, it separates because of oils (yay for combo skin), btw awesome video, would love to see more like this one💕
Alessandra 35 texture comes down to your skin care, the foundation your using and the type of powder. there’s really nothing a “fix” can do :/
Jenn Atha yes but I was also wondering if there's a way to deal with it throughout the day because if I blot the texture gets worse
Alessandra 35 I had a little texture near the part of the face where we typically highlight and it annoyed me a tad as I love highlighter. I started using the Pixi Milky Mist every morning and evening and the elf eye cream at night and after two months the texture was gone and has never come back. I still use the Pixi Milky Mist, but now instead of the elf eye cream I use the Smashbox Primerizer during the day even if I’m not wearing foundation and a night time moisturizer by No 7. I do have extremely dry skin idk how these products work on other skin types. But I’ve gotten a few people hooked to the Pixi Milky Mist.
Madison MakeupnMacabre thank you, I'll definetly give it a try! :)
Alessandra 35 that happens to me with bronzer... like pimples magically appear even if I don't really have any of them
To tone down my blush, I’ll go over it with my foundation brush & whatever tiny amount of foundation left on the brush usually tones blush down beautifully!
Yasmin Goncalves Hey I would love it if you would subscribe to my channel but only if you would like to :) xx
What i do to town down my blush i always go with a finishing powder brush and i like to do patting motions and it works! 😌
When I apply too much blush I take my used beauty blender and pat at the blush until it looks less intense
Sarah Rodriguez no Bc I’m not applying extra foundation! And my brush usually has a minimal amount of product left on it so it doesn’t mess anything up!
Kimberly Oosthuizen yes!! Same concept!!!!!
The last tip about the cushion foundation was the most helpful! that's honestly my most common issue especially on hot days when I'm sweating
I would love more tips like this! I have an issue with creasing and caking in my nostril creases (where it meets the cheek) and have not found a way to stop this! If I powder, it makes it more caky, if I don’t, it just smears off. My skin is so oily that even if I use the lightest amount of powder, my whole face looks caky but if I don’t powder, my foundation slides off. It’s the worst!
Try putting eyeshadow primer on your nose underneath your foundation/concealer. It's made to last a long time on an oily surface!
Okay so first off: biore charcoal facial cleanser twice a day. Cleared up my oil. Second, if you’re using matte foundation, switch to a dewy foundation and a matte setting spray. AND, bake your nose (Coty airspun did wonders. I wear glasses and it does not wear off if I bake for a few minutes)
McKenzie Shawcroft I’ve tried that several times and it acts as if I have latex on my nose lol! Any facial movements and I get creases and cracks. It’s the weirdest thing! I use the same eyeshadow primer as I do on my eyes and it works perfectly on my eyes but my nose rejects it 🙊
Nikkia joy has lots of tricks for making makeup stick to the nose. She’s got oily textured skin with large pores so she’s basically my skin twin 😂
Randi Strit The weird thing is, my entire face is oily except around my nostrils. It’s actually dry! And if I bake, it just looks like I literally rubbed cake batter around my nose lol! I will def try a dewy foundation and the charcoal facial cleanser!
Actually the reason the lean back and breath in deeply trick works is because you lacrimal puncta is connected to your nasolacrimal duct (that is located in your nose where tears naturally drain into, that’s why you get a runny nose when you cry) and when you breath in deeply your forcing those tears down that duct instead of washing over your eyes and falling into you face:) Incase anyone was interested
Tati, please continue this series!!!💕💕💕
could you please, if possible, show how to apply gel-like and cream highlighters (e.g. Stila Heaven Hue, Becca shimmering skin perfector in cream formula, etc)? Whenever I am trying to apply it, it lifts up my foundation and I end up with a patch on my cheek instead of having a highlighter glow😂 please help🙏🤗
Maria Shein try applying it under your foundation for a “glow from within” look.
Loves it. Make it a series. Tell us what to do if you end up with the glitter from your eyeshadow under your eye
I couldn’t agree more about touching up broken foundation with a cushion foundation.... it is the only thing that can help, in my opinion! Fun series Tati, yes part 2 for sure
*_No matter how much you mess up, you would still look like a million bucks Tati!_*
Thank you for the tips!!
Fridays with Tati ❤️❤️❤️
She literally couldn’t like bad if she tried her hardest!😍
Vibha B - I like it. "Fridays with Tati." Can be a series of helpful info chit chats. Nothing heavy. Just tips and tricks Tati uses.
Damnnnn Tati you look so gorgeous!!! When I mess my makeup up I just wash it all off and do it all over again hahaha cause I have issues lol. 😂 you’re so helpful with all this, now I won’t remove it all lol
Jessica From Hawaii this comment is so funny hahaha
Jessica From Hawaii me too! If I'm wearing makeup it better be flawless.
H R - lol right?
I actually did this on Thanksgiving! I was trying new things, it was not working for me like it did for the RUclipsrs I watched. I finally had to wash everything off and start all over doing things I was more used to. It was definitely very frustrating having an hour wasted and turning into a rushed job.
Please please make a series! This was sooooo great! Thanks for your tips 😍
please make as many more parts you can do! this video is so helpful
Tati is a walking encyclopedia of makeup i love it
Great video! How do you prevent glasses marks on nose, or watery eyes from ruining make-up?
alyssa hernandez For glassmarks on nose I basically bake just that area. I can't have powder under my eyes. Seems to work well for me.
I also bake and then carry a pressed powder for touch ups throughout the day.
Please continue this video into a series. Thank you for sharing your expertise!
We need a Tati and Shane collaboration!
Ash nope
Why?
yesss
Jenn Lecher Why not?
Not no. YES!
Just make sure that the beauty blender you are using to blot your tears is not the same one you use to control your runny nose though. There are germs in and around your nose that can cause eye infections (styes to be specific). Most aren’t super dangerous, but they can still be quite painful.
Obvious warning is obvious
Loved the eye colors today
Love this please make a series out of this!! There aren't many videos based around makeup mishaps. ❤
I’d love a tip on how to clean up your lip line if you’ve gone wonky with it! I use concealer but it’s hard to blend it with then ruining the lipstick
Hannah Sleeps i use a concealer pencil or an inner rim brightening pencil to outline my clients lips before lipliner. This also makes a subtle highlight and give the illusion of fuller lips
superha74 oooh that’s a good tip!! I just struggle sometimes to blend the concealer into my foundation once the lipsticks on because it makes the lipstick uneven
omg “teacher Tati” now that’s a concept we love that 💘
How to fix your brows when you made them to dark or harsh in the front.
Melina Sofía use loose powder! Put it on your beauty blender and just pat over your brows and wipe it off 😁
Melina Sofía spoolie
i would start over while crying
I stamp over them with my foundation brush that has that tiny bit of leftover foundation on it or my concealer brush that has leftover concealer on it! Which is also a good trick to tone down blush/bronzer/highlighter! Just stamp over it with your foundation brush that has the tiny bit of foundation left!
After filling in with pomade, I always set my brows really well with loose powder using my blender. And then go over it with a darker/cooler toned shadow and brush through with a spoolie to perfect it all. I think the trick with using setting powder could help you since it lightens the tone quite a bit before going back in to really set with eyeshadow (usually something by Tarte, they stay really dry/matte for hours)
This was sooo helpful! please make this a series, I love videos like this!
I need to know how to have a flawless makeup with textured skin .. not really flawless but at least acceptable . I've never ever applied makeup and was happy about it , my skin has been damaged for my entire life , no skin care anything literally works to repair it , it's super oily and bumpy all summer , and super dry and flaky all winter , no moisturizers, no cleansers ,no exfoliating ever worked and I CAN'T AFFORD LASER treatment and of course all my makeup is drugstore but only what you usually use , love and recommend , I mean all the makeup I try is known brands , I apply my foundation with a sponge or with a brush , and of course neither of both works :D what should I do ?? I love makeup so much and I hate it when it looks awful on my face :(
Hayam Yoyo i feel you!! im only 15 and my skin is soo bumpy and textured and extremely oily but with areas where my skin is dry and peels off! its so annoying
Hayam Yoyo you should watch Taylor I think it's under thatayala. She has textured skin and does a foundation Friday and will explain if its good for that type of skin.
Rose water
You need to be using products that are both hydrating and pH balanced. The problem with drugstore skincare is that it’s likely not non-comedogenic and not pH balanced. If you’re having issues with clogged pores, you need to try a retinol product alongside products that are soothing/hydrating. You may likely be dealing with hormonal acne, so it’s worth suggesting that you try using less foundation, and stick with a BB or CC creme instead of the heavy “instagram” makeup (layers of foundation and concealer)
It honestly sounds like you aren’t giving products a long enough chance in your routine. Ask yourself: are you using the right things for your skin? Are you using too many cheap exfoliants- which will cause cells to overproduce and create oily, unbalanced, flaky skin? How long are you giving each product a try? Each skincare product needs around two weeks in your regimen to actually begin to help.
One of the best product for bumpy skin and acne is the ordinary aha 30% bha 2% (the purple one), and it’s very affordable, I use it once a week. On top of that i always use toner serum and moisturizer, and SPF, doesn’t have to be expensive, but all my products are sensitive skin friendly. As for makeup, I always use a light hand, the wet&wild mega cushion foundation is BOMB!!!
Is it just me or are there way more ads on RUclips suddenly
It’s because they’re trying to push their new ‘premium’ service which takes away all ads. Effectively they’re upping the number of ads so there’s a reason for premium
I think the RUclipsr controls how many adds go into the video...as that is a big way they make money
Caitlin Backstrom the RUclipsr controls if they want to be monetized through ads, but I'm almost certain they can't choose the number of ads, otherwise it wouldn't seem EVERY video has double the ads all of the sudden
Very annoying
She’s putting more ads on her channel. It’s her choice and she makes more money that way. I’m a long time fan, but it’s getting ridiculous. 😒
I have the biggest problem with concealing under the eyes. It gets super dry and wrinkly and even setting it quickly does not prevent creasing. Any hints for me?
Try the smallest amount of beauty oil on your undereye before doing your makeup (so a little bit absorbs when you put your foundation but enough stays on when you put on your concealer) it really helps
Try Shisedo natural finish concealer it's my holy grail and it's like 25$ tiny black tube but you need like a dot literally this o sized amount and it's so perf! Makes my skin look airbrushed! been using it for years :D it's hydrating, crease proof, water proof, sweat proof :D
I second the hydration. Plump up your skin with a thin Korean-style toner multiple times to make sure your skin is hydrated. Doesn’t make your skin greasy. I also put my eye cream under my eyes.
Bemmie Bemmerich use less and set it really lightly.
Tbh I don’t even set my concealer anymore because I’m sick of the cakey look it gives my dry skin. It’s worth a shot if you don’t mind a dewy look!
I want this to be a series. These tips are soooo good and helpful!
