This instrumental is from a modern grime classic called Sir Spyro- Side by Side. Arguably the best grime tune of the last 10 years, cool video as well. Definitely worth a reaction.

wouldnt put it all down to jammer dropping the bag, the US has much bigger fan base for battle rap and clashes such as LOTM so theres constantly new talent coming in, once the grime sound got big in the UK the fan base for battle rap slowly died as the new generation weren't interested into getting into that style of rapping, even rap battle organisations such as Dont Flop in the UK which was big around that time aswell died out cus it wasnt getting the pulling power
