I was born and raised in the USA, so I feel like I have no right to suggest these people react to any British media. That being said, why not have them react to Horrible Histories?

Never knew that Dizzy Rascal was unknown in the US. He pretty much created and popularised grime in the early 2000s, and his poppier stuff (like Bonkers) has been standard club music for decades now. He's a household name in the UK - as in everyone's grandparents would know the name. I'd say the majority of UK rap is descended from his style.

What he's saying in this song is that he gets some people might be surprised at that fact but that it doesn't matter because his academic success doesn't stop him or his music being from the streets. It's not that good, very overrated. It just blew up back in the day and helped push the genre into a more mainstream audience so people think of it highly. That's Stormzy in general to be honest. One of the most well known artists to come from the grime scene but there's many artists way better than he is that aren't as popular.
