I’m very old, so maybe out of touch, but when I was growing up there were lots of little boys who were very timid who grow up to be very masculine and lots of little girls who we used to call tomboys who grew up to be very feminine and in my lifetime we have grown to fully accept homosexuality when it appears in an individual - so why on earth is society embracing transgender ideology.

I feel as if having a transgender child is the new rescue dog. These parents I meet talk about it like it makes them superior because they recognized it very early and got child the help they need, but the connection with the child dosnt seem right. More like a wokeness trophy!

Its called being a Tomboy, but I grew out of it. Thank God I had parents that didn't over react.

He is a very brave man , I worked in the NHS and despite the PR bullshit , whistleblowers get no support and many end up leaving post because of bullying , The NHS has become a bureaucratic nightmare , HR are there to silence and bully staff, Everyone is scared to speak out , especially at the moment , This man is a true hero

Political ideology should not be allowed to interfere with a medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment, particularly when it comes to children.

Tavistock clinic should have been closed down years ago. Child abuse.

You guys are the new main stream now as far as I am concerned. This is what real TV should be covering.

Mr. Evans and his wife are unbelievably principled and courageous to put their financial well-being at risk to protect children. It's frightening that their Facebook page and Twitter accounts discussing the evidence about this issue were taken down.

God, he's right. The only other thing I would mention is the erasure of women as a sex which is perturbing and convoluted beyond belief.

As an autistic woman myself, I find it sad but not surprising that there's an overrepresentation of autistic people who come out as transgender. I wouldn't doubt anyones gender identity in person because I respect people as individuals, but overall in my opinion a big portion of these trans autistic people are likely simply just mistaken. There are SO many factors that can lead an autistic person (at least female, since that's where my perspective is from) to wrongfully assume they're trans.

It takes a very brave person to blow the whistle on this subject, especially seeing what has happened to Dr David Bell. Thanks and I'm sure this is going to be a very good episode indeed

These companies are taking advantage of those who have serious health complications already, mentally and physically

Great interview. This is why people try to shut down the discussion, because the dissenters can be so damned reasonable.

Never replied,, but as someone who knows psychology, this man has his eyes on the ball. One DOES NOT jump to conclusions, one DOES NOT just accept the "analysis" of the patient before hand. You always look at the surrounding complications, as you would in a solid argument, to fish out the true basis of the problem. Not being willing to do that is a problem on it's own merit on the part of those who bring that argument to the table.

For anyone contemplating medication: I was abused as a kid, have been psychologically tortured on acid and nearly drowned with my children watching from the beach amongst other odd things. Pills didn't help me get better, just layered a false acceptance over my daily routine. What truly helped me was cognitive therapy as it allowed me to rearrange my memories of those events from the perspective of an adult, and view them from a distance, literally rewriting my brains pathways to remove feelings of guilt into something much healthier - I was unlucky, and yes, things were really shit for a while, but most importantly, it really wasn't my fault.

Konstantin, you asked why the dynamics of those who transitioned had changed in recent times to be girls rather than boys transitioning - girls easily succumb to social contagion - in my youth it was eating disorders - ideas like this spread amongst girls , then for the next generation it was self harm - this is a trend - a fashion if you will . We like to think we are so unique and special when we are a teenager - and currently transitioning is a great way to become very special and popular amongst your peer group. I think it will pass as most fashion trends do , but a sad situation for the girls who have and are being damaged by this trend , thank goodness people like Marcus are speaking out .
