    thanks for the video. I have an older version of FC and it doesn't give me the option of vertical in project setup. when i put in 1920 x 1080 it doesn't seem to fit correctly. on top of that it only allows me to export as 1080 1920. Any tips?

    Thanks for the tutorial. I followed the instructions to a T and have tried multiple other methods, and it still looks like sh*t. I think TikTok doesn't immediately display HD quality videos for small creators, but the quality of their video increases if the video gets views.

    For some reason after editing with FCP I can't upload to TikTok but can to FB and YT just fine. When I say I can't upload to TT, i mean I can't even upload a 10 second vid, it says can't upload try again later. I thought maybe I was doing to much editing to the vid but I don't think so since I took a snippet and tried and it wouldn't upload. My settings in FCP and TT all seem to be fine and the internet power is fine. I am stumped. Can you help?

    Can't we upload directly from our computer instead of through phone?

    Would Uploading the MP4 file from your computer on tiktok be better than airdropping it to your phone and then uploading? Because wouldn't it loose some quality from the transition?

    • @StefanoLombardoYT
      @StefanoLombardoYT  2 года назад +2

      I actually tried uploading a video last week on TikTok from my computer but it did compress. The only way I found to keep the highest quality is air dropping and posting it from my phone! I’m not totally sure if files compress when sent over Airdrop, it is possible, but it’s one of the best ways I found!

      @@StefanoLombardoYT Interesting! I'll try it out next time. I post edits from after effects so you think that makes a difference?

    I'm I have video I recorded vertically and I can't figure out how to flip it in Final Cut Pro so that it shows the correct way. When I import my vertically shot video is putting it sideways, even if I set up the vertical settings followed here it actually makes the video smaller within the frame but I still can't flip it so it's a straight portrait as shot on camera.

    • @StefanoLombardoYT
      @StefanoLombardoYT  Год назад +1

      I hate when this happens! All you have to do is go into your inspector window (where you adjust your position, scale, etc.) and rotate the clip 90 degrees or -90. Then use scale to fill the frame!

    Which is better for TikTok 30fps or 60fps?

    • @StefanoLombardoYT
      @StefanoLombardoYT  2 года назад +1

      TikTok recommends 30fps… but all my TikToks are 24fps
