This as honest as it gets. If u have been in car sales like myself then this isnt shocking. Its a great way to get a big and not get lazy. Stay hungry, love those paychecks and love that job.
I have an interview tomorrow. Watching some vids to get the skinny on what's really going on here. This is only video that mentions that you can get paid up front (which every one else mentions) or paid as earned. No one is mentioning that the risk of getting paid up front is that you have to return money back if the policy is cancelled for any reason.
Wow, thank you so much for telling us up front that this is 100% commission. This info changes everything. I found it really weird that they were reaching out to me without me applying.
This is known as back door sales techniques, Why even involve Aflac, I'm looking for positive Aflac information, not a deal on saving on my cable dude,
yo, Aflac is a good product but is terrible to work for...you will be in a constant "wild goose chase" hunting down DM's only for them to tell you that you have to go through cooperate...which will never work out...then when you finally get a owner or DM to agree finally after like 10 follow ups...you have to present to employees who are usually straped for cash and do not want to get money taken out of each check...then you have to be in like a rodeo always having to corral or corner stragglers ....employees that needed to think about it...also if the employee quits within a year of signing up you get whats called a "no pay"...this is money that you have to pay back...oh and then you have to learn so much more bs after already studying for your insurance test...you have to learn all this shit to sign new employees up on a internet platform called everwell....or SNG which you have to learn as well...trust me it gets old so fast...your day starts driving blind going business to business wasting gas getting the run around from business owners and employees...its fuckin sucks bro's....oh commission only....and you have to set up ur own taxes...no benefits...bro its a scam....I would rather get a steady paying job compared to the "freedom" they say you will have selling Aflac ... oh and the cut throat agents that want to suck on your enrollments like blood sucking used car salesmen....oh and commission splits with people you bring to your enrollments...that gets sticky real quick...I had a issue where this guy I said I would cut him 70/30 split ...then he said that I said 50/50...he was trying to take advantage of me because I was new...oh and you will have to go to weekly meetings that discuss numbers...calling people out who have had a bad week ...so it is very smoke and mirrors and you will be spinning your wheels like a mug...
Great video man! Question. Why'd you leave Aflac? You made some really good points about the pains that people can expect to go through. I'm fairly new to the business but I heard once you get past the first year it's easy. Is that not true?

I love this Video, thanks so much. I am currently work with AFLAC and have a very high NO PAY, so I do not qualify for bonus. I would like to know why did you decide to leave AFLAC after 2 years, because it has only been 7 month with me and I am ready to go
The problem is not Aflac perse, is the people which work for Aflac. I was #1 in my State for 5 years in a row, my market manager suspended me for been doing claims to my customers 2 months november and december to give the 1st prize to the 2nd. I ended been #1 ,she gave my prize to the second, take from me all my accounts, then told me was an error. I left to another company which is more serious. Don't trust this people. Envy is what reign here
All these sales jobs from big fortune 500 companies are all the same: You get paid 100% commission and need to look for your own leads. 9/10 don't last more then a year because they hardly make any money.
Primerica has an extremely high drop out rate. Their "up-line" structure is purely designed for people who recruit other people into the company to reap the benefits of their override pay bonuses. It's the same as any other insurance/sales job. If you don't make sales then the overrides don't mean anything.
Hahahahhaha! That transition from Aflac to cable was too good. He became soo much more enthusiastic about that damn cable box.

@@Lillian32607 right? Like I feel happy and good when big companies see my resume..it means it's good
I have a good all saying that goes like this: "WHEN YOU ARE 1099 EVERYONE WANT A PIECE OF YOUR A.S
im not comfortable with commission, i want my guaranteed check by the end of the month
Then you’re not meant for sales most likely

Jeremiah Gabriel Lots of good/valid information you just stated. I take it you're not with AFLAC anymore???
You might have just saved me some time lol
I was with Aflac for about 5 years but I don't remember having to sacrifice that much... geez listening to this guy was exhausting..
Great video man! Question. Why'd you leave Aflac? You made some really good points about the pains that people can expect to go through. I'm fairly new to the business but I heard once you get past the first year it's easy. Is that not true?
+Jaspen Armstead Because he is selling Vstream now.
Some valid points but this guy is a joke, no wonder he's not with Aflac anymore.

How or why did you go from Working at Aflac to a sales pitch on Cutting your cable cost?
This guy didn't make it. He said he had a Great DSC and he still didn't make it. People don't make it with Aflac because of Skill set or activity.
I love this Video, thanks so much. I am currently work with AFLAC and have a very high NO PAY, so I do not qualify for bonus. I would like to know why did you decide to leave AFLAC after 2 years, because it has only been 7 month with me and I am ready to go
what state are you working with Aflac? Good luck!
I am going to give my insight. Sales is tough. Keep a regular job, prospect, make relationships with people, businesses, but keep a second job.
Good luck with vStream.

He works for VStream isn't obvious lol
Aflac = scam, IMHO. Vstrea = scam, IMHO. Scam to the power of 2.
What about AXA ?
Great information. Thanks for sharing.

Worked for Aflac. My recommendation? Don’t.
Benefit Sales Consultant- Entry Level do they get paid a base salary or just commission?
100% commission. If you don't make any sales, you get paid nothing. It's the same with the Mary Kay representatives.
How much does a district sales coordinator make ?
He didn't make it with Aflac.
#PyramidScheme ' s b like
Jack Rippers Aflac isn’t a pyramid scheme. It’s 100% real.
Only commissions!? Primerica does Commission plus overrides. Aflacs compensation can not compete with us
Misinformed you are.
Primerica are borderline criminals, pure pyramid scheme.
