Austin Tsai I think he put it on show too much. Nobody believes he can really cook nice dishes. He used to be a good singer and songwriter, I loved him when I was in high school. I watched all his movies at that age (even I doubted his acting skills from the very beginning). As a teenager, I felt obligated to love his movies because I didn't want to betray my idol.. But he stopped writing songs, I think his inspiration for music is gone. He started only do movies, but as I grown up I now realize why I didn't really like his movies, it's because he over acting!! Now he's doing this cooking show, where he also act like he can cook, it's all about Show, he acts toooo much, and a bit too arrogant
@@brancanorris8933 Nicholas is a great actor in the Hong Kong crime noir genre. Maybe it’s because I don’t speak Cantonese but I always thought his onscreen presence was incredible in all his movies.

In fact, I kinda saved his ass from idiots bringing up Edison Chen and his then-wife Cecilia Cheung by changing the overall topic and starting talking about movies and video games (he wouldn't shut up about Monster Hunter and at times, I had to check gamefaqs. Hahaha!). Then we started mentioning a film that we were both associated with. A Chinese Tall Story, in which he starred in and I worked on the subtitles for the Hong Kong dvd release. EMP for life, yo!
I hate people who put in alot of time and efforts in decorating food, waste of time, money and energy where kids are suffering and have nothing to eat in 3rd world country. It is very evil.
Nicholas is one of the best actors EVER out of Hong Kong. Low key amazing performances in pretty much all of his movies.
