To keyboard warriors dissing Chef Nic simply because he is an actor and singer, read this: On 28 October 2016, Tse was honoured as the first ever "Friend of Michelin". Oh and, four years after his first ‘Friend of Michelin’ award, he was presented with his second ‘Friend of Michelin’ award. In your face🙃
@@stayprepared2388 Michelin stars are traditionally awarded to restaurants instead of individual persons. Chef Nic doesn't own a restaurant, so he isn't eligible for this traditional award, yet Michelin assessed that his culinary skills were outstanding and created this new award just to recognize his work. “Michelin is indeed delighted to salute the positive contribution Nicholas Tse is making through his work" - Michelin Guide. Maybe read this and think through before dissing others? 😗
I like it how David's creations are uncomplicated yet tastes amazing, it's like his personality and love his sense of humour and passion for food and life.
Wow I havent seen Nic for a few years 😍 So he found a love for cooking, wow good on him! So im assuming he isn't doing movies anymore.. My crush when I was younger 🥰 He looks the same but different but same
He's back to movie again. please do check "Raging Fire" 2021 he played villain, co starring with Donnie Yen and "Customs Frontline 2024", co starring with Jacky Cheung, Nic's debut as the action director here. Next on the line for 2025, "Raging Havoc" spiritual successor to Raging Fire, co starring with Andy Lau, and "New Police Story 2" continuance from the 2004 series, this is Nic's directorial debut and Jackie Chan will be there too. And now i think he is busy preparing MGM Chef Nic Gastronomusic (This is the 3rd Fest) in 30.11.2024 - 01.12.2024 ; MGM Cotai, Macau.
Why is that all the comments down here were saying bad things about Nic? Sure he is an actor and not a chef, but who says he wouldn't be able to cook. Cooking is a skill that you can learn and master in the end. None of us know what the taste profile is, so I would say stop saying bad things about anybody
How long he started to learn cooking?talking just few years, and because the movies company has to keep his name in the market for future movies booking high record.
Exactly, and the judges explicitly state 4 judging criteria amounting to a total score of 10. If they have equal weighing, ignoring presentation equals effectively throwing away 2.5 points. You can't ignore the competition rules and expect to get a perfect score.
Maybe we all feel that the show looked like a biased towards Chef Nic. But, he always being humble and said "May the best man win". Nic already said in first episode that he put his reputation on the line, because he is known as an actor and people said he is not the one who cooked the dishes and that the cooking thing are just acting. After all these years of Nic's positive contribution and Michelin created new award "Friend of Michelin" to assessed his culinary skill and to recognized his work. He already got twice in 2016 and 2020. I am sad that people still dissing him being a chef and said he can not cook 🥲
I am a Pinoy and I Like this Chef Nic. He similar to my son and I started to like him in Cook with Storm movie. He speaks commendable English and he owns a business WOW.
The audience is absolutely not wrong. Nicholas can only pretend. The food he cooks is not enough to fill you up. His food can only be used for viewing, haha!
Vella. I was a movie assistant producer, when I was in HongKong, that why I understood what they were doing,David got a very good reward from the show plus all the first class entertainment when he did the show, you have to understand the people background and then to talk, please try to be smart before make the ajustment.
great show, too like this show very much. a cooking show that looks super interesting!just to be fair, the judges shouldn't know which dish cook by which chef. nic is too famous in asia, not fair to david. anyway, good show and good performance for both of them

Ev Ly - friend , not a chef , just a friend that knows each other . some friends do not need to have any cooking skills with each other

Extremely talented actor, singer and now culinary genius.

I watched this show on Fox Life...and I really really loved this show...
I wonder if Nic and David tasted each other's dishes as well
比较公平的原则是不应该让佳賓知道佳肴是谁做的!
Can anyone exlpain purpose of this video?
What food need to prepare 2 hrs??? Your food is already dry and cold.
I'm proud that I'm there when they are filming this show
Great episode!!!
I have no idea who’s these guys
Chef David’s dishes were far better. Was rooting for him all the way.
Nick is not a real chief, he is a part-time cooker.the tv station push him up only.

Westerner introduced colour / culture of Malaysia... funny!
Verry unfair for chef david
Dif culture?
chef david the best
Chef Nic wins
Wowhis poor hand
David. You are so much better than doing a rubbish show like this.. Against someone who can't cook
