Glad your vloging again and you have got your mojo back. Both images are stunning, my favourite though has to be your panorama. Your so gifted. Hope you got back to your bed in one piece.
Hiya, I just found you. I'm very impressed with your artistic ability. It's nice to see someone with the patience and fortitude to produce the beautiful image that you shared. Thank you kindly
I'm not the most emotional person in the world but from the time lapse onwards I was starting to well up a bit there, wow! It was all just too good only to pick just one! What a place to get your mojo back, glad you're back in the groove!
You nailed it! Must be a fantastic feeling to capture what you came for. The panorama came out even better, I think. Getting a good shot of the green flash would have been the icing on the cake. You are one of the best astro videographers out there, hands down.
I love my photography and I am in awe of your dedication and end results. I know how much work you have to do to get that final image and it's credit to you that you produce such stunning images. Your hard work really is paying off. Thank you for sharing what you do.
Good to see you are back out doing what you enjoy. Focus stacking foregrounds is definitely something I want to try as the results look clean. Looking forward to getting out with the camera for core season.
So good to see you're in good health and motivated to get back out under the stars. I like both images, but the panorama is the one I'd hang on the wall.
What I wouldn't give to live in a location under the stars. A location I didn't have to plan to hell and back, check the weather, what time we'd have to leave, distance, this, that. I could just go out when it's clear and admire my backyard planetarium. That's something I'd do pretty much anything to have haha
Definitely the Pano - awesome image! I have the Shimoda Action X50 and like you, love it! Helps in that it has female specific straps too! Great vlog and thanks Alyn
stunning images Alyn and great to see you vlogging again. I find them so inspirational for my own nighttime adventures. Now, time to finally purchase that Starglow filter!
Thanks for teaching us to use the auto iso minimum shutter speed . I have tried to take sunset time lapse too with my manual lens but I use aperture priority and I didn’t use auto iso because I wanted to lower the noise. But I didn’t think about the night time setting. Very useful tips and hope my old Sony A6000 also have such great feature! Thank you Alyn!
Great video man, really loved the beautiful scenery, and the nice colors and lighting... It really makes me want to hike even more... Looks like a great area to spend some time off, at least a whole lot better than the big city where I'm stuck in. It feels like forever since I've been able to visit dark skies due to the pandemic... :( So I guess you just have to share more of these to satisfy my cravings, haha
Great spot to catch the sunset, impressive vision. Looking forward to the green flash video when you get it done. Definitely a lot of light pollution, but still managed to get a cracking end result. Thanks for sharing again Alan. Stay safe 😷🇦🇺
Thanks to you I got this 20mm f/1.8 and it became my favorite overcoming the Zeiss Batis 25mm f/2 for nigthtshots. The Zeiss now is my favorite to movies only. I prefere the first shot although both are very nice. I like how the first one is more concentrated on the sky elements.
Love your vlogs out in the field like this, feels like we are on the adventure with you. I think it is really important to see how much planning and ultimately good fortune go into capturing what's in your minds eye. Great shots at the end too, think the second pano has it for me. Great stuff Alyn!
Must be great to have those warm clear nights in Turkey, not so here in the UK where it remains cold and cloudy. I thought the pano excellent, the foreground framing making it. I notice Richard Tatti of Nightscape Images has also astro modified his Z6 to enhance his current star tracker enthusiasm
what better life ??! than having darkst skies best of equipment and having coffee or those tiffins from home and vlogging the whole stuff , alyn and morten hilmer are the ones I want to live like and I willlll…..btw be sure to check out morten hilmer he is a one man army in filmmaking his vlogs ( better than bbc or nat geo)
awesum shot, bcoz i am in the Southern Hemisphere i see everything opposite...i think thats correct otherwise i have truly lost my bearings on this side of the world...keep up the great photography Alyn
RIP Friend ❤
What a beautiful location. Glad to see you posting again, and that you're feeling motivated again.
Only if i didn't have high school exam this year !! nice to have you as a guest in our country Alyn !
Why are people disliking this!! This is amazing! Glad your motivated brotha. 🙌🏽
i appreciate all the time you take to walk back to collect the camera just for the shot.
😂♥️🙏🏼
Did the Lycian way 15 years ago. Fanastic trip, great people, loving memories
Awesome 😎
What a fantastic final photo! I need to get that starglow filter going! :D
I love the Milky Way arch photograph and prefer it to the other. Both are beautiful.
Those shots are both gorgeous & I honestly can't say which one I prefer...
Both beautiful. I can’t decide.
Glad your vloging again and you have got your mojo back. Both images are stunning, my favourite though has to be your panorama. Your so gifted. Hope you got back to your bed in one piece.
Welcome to Turkey my friend. Lycian way has very spectacular view and gorgeous nature. You will spend really enjoyable time.

Glad to see you back! Idk if it's the new camera but this vlog seemed clearer than ever!
Great shots Alyn. I actually liked the leafy plants in the foreground most. Appreciate your efforts.

That Betelgeuse-Aldebaran-Mars line is amazing! As is the whole image! Great job Alyn : )

Lovely video! Beautiful location.Last week I did some winter sky panorama as well.
Such a nice return to form. Beautifully done as always. I was just thinking about the glow filter. Time to consider it again.
Love from India❤️
Yup, that pano is beautiful! Great job!!

Both quality images mate 👌 I do prefer the pano just because night sky panos are the bees knees 😍. Well executed mate.
man i just love these videos
Second panorama is amazing. Also I miss Turkey so much, hope I can visit there soon :)
Great video Alyn, Love the pano !!
Loved the timelapse!
what better life ??! than having darkst skies best of equipment and having coffee or those tiffins from home and vlogging the whole stuff , alyn and morten hilmer are the ones I want to live like and I willlll…..btw be sure to check out morten hilmer he is a one man army in filmmaking his vlogs ( better than bbc or nat geo)
Your pictures are amazing Alyn!!! The Sony a7iii has got a feature called „Bright Monitoring“ - Makes composing at night easier.
Thanks! Yes I've mentioned this in past vids but it can't quite help you perfect the foreground when it's completely dark
Loved these vibes 💫
Loving this video, appreciate the info. On camera settings without making the whole thing feel like a tutorial. That intro is sick.
Cannot wait to get out and start photographing again! I haven't been able to use my telescope for a few months because I'm away in school
awesum shot, bcoz i am in the Southern Hemisphere i see everything opposite...i think thats correct otherwise i have truly lost my bearings on this side of the world...keep up the great photography Alyn
Love that plane off to the right doing circles for an hour lol
Man, the pano is insane! The filter really does a good job with the stars!
Really inspiring
Love to see you back out there in the dark. Allways love these vlogs :D Gorgeous panorama aswell
