Can't say the transitions (between the different singing styles) themselves is particularly hard (from personal experience), but mastering each one of the techniques individually is definitely challenging.
@SteveNL True. But cheat voice and head voice are not styles, and to be honest... As a singer, they don't really mean much to me except for how it physically feels like (whether you feel resonance your chest, head or neither). She's mastered raspy singing, contemporary clean vocals and classical singing. Those are really the styles she's usin'. And Ghost Love Score really does show that all, which is why I love that live performance so much!
I love Floor but I've never understood why she chose to belt out the choruses in Ever Dream instead of doing them in the original operatic style (which she can definitely do). It changes the song's feel too much for me.

This is HER music, the music she owns - not in the way she participated in its creation, but... SHE MASTERS IT. Great performance of Revamp. The tame crowd didn't realize that they were looking to a worldstar. I like this song together with "trial of monsters" so much. Each day I want to hear it doing my work-out.
What an amazing band Revamp is, and Floor Jansen is really AMAZING!!! I had the opportunity to see them live last Friday with Children of Bodom, what a concert!!!

I think floor sounds much better live then she does on recordings. Which is very rare for any singer in any genre. That just shows you what an amazing talent she has!

Damn, this is real metal singer! I'm glad she desided not to use so much operatic singing in this album. She can sing operatic stuff very good, but deffinatly her strenght is metal singing.
Too high percentage of the crowd in these festivals are there for other reasons than to listen to the music these days. Sad, but true. Opinion i've seen in many interviews is that many people just want the services a festival provides, they don't care for the music they play there. There's an annual festival in my hometown, it has grown to about 40k audience and it's like cemetary in the audience these days. That's why I personally prefer club gigs instead. Lesser folk, better atmosphere.
I believe her hair is naturally lighter, but I like her better with dark hair. I am the same way. Dark blonde hair dyed black...black hair suits me better.

I started to think it will happen as it happened to Kamelot...she is just a session vocalist as was Fabio for Kamelot after Khan's departure..and now they have Tommy who is awesome...and i think it will be the same for Nightwish...they will find another girl to be the frontwoman...even if she will be a soprano or not, the fans should stop the comparations between the current and the past vocalists

I'm not sure she can do gutturals though, like in Deathcore bands such as Lorna Shore, Shadow of Intent, Infant Annihilator, and others.
