People don't realise that weight loss is 100% a mental challenge. Not a physical one. If you're caught up in an unhealthy mental space, it's impossible to change your lifestyle. You need to adress your mindset FIRST, change your whole perspective on life and food and yourself, and your body will simply follow.
Well I didn't know this but I'm on day 3 of my diet and I have 4 more days left and so far I love it 🤍 I watch meal planning videos to help me after this is over. 🌻🌻🌻
I started doing this! 3 day water fast, then on to OMAD with lots of protein and vegetables and a 1 mile spirited walk. I've lost 11lbs as of day 9. Which is now and RUclips decided to throw your video in my feed. Thank you for the reassurance!
Starting this tommorow, I will update every day. Starting weight: 74.3kg Goal weight: 69kg Day 1: 73.7kg Day 2: 72.9kg Day 3: 71.5kg (I’m so surprised this works really fast) Day 4: 70.4kg Day 5: 69.7kg Day 6: 69.1kg Day 7: 68.6kg Overall this was really fun to do, im so happy with my results but I don’t recommend doing this very often. Thank u for helping me!!
Started because interminent fasting was not moving my scale at all. Day 1 - I am 154cm in height and current weight is 64.58 kg . - All I could think about is food 😬 When I cooked for my fam, when I went to cafe with mumma but refused milkshake. I came back to this video again and again to be stronger. Day 2 - Current weight -62.83kg My periods suddenly hit🤷♀️ Don't know if it's because of the water fast or natural course (My cycle is around once 2 months) I don't feel the hunger pangs. But I did take ELECTRAL (rehydration salts) before my exam at 2 because I didn't want any accidents. Do this if you're feeling low in energy. Will edit with day 3 results Day 3 - I weigh at 62.25 kg I felt lightheaded in the morning and somehow pooped as well. I believe this is due to me being on my periods. It's not recommended to this in periods but I had already started. I took half teaspoon electral when feeling weak. Other than that I am not hungry at all. Some changes I saw in my body - skin feels soft, focus/concentration is better, I have genetic dark circles but they look way lighter. I feel less bloated as well. Overall it's a win win. Will updated with 4th day morning results. Day 4 - I weigh at 61.22 kg this morning. THATS 3.36kg DOWN 🥳🎉 Don't feel hungry at all tbh and energy levels are as good as my eating days. Probably due to autophagy and ketosis. One thing I noticed was that even if my sleep was less, it did not make me groggy or dull when waking up. I knew what time I had to wake up and felt very fresh as soon as I opened my eyes. This doesn't happen usually. I made the overnight oats and cabbage soup beforehand. The real race start now, as my water weight is gone and fat reduction will begin. Will update with day 5 results. Day - 5 current weight - 60.50kg this morning. Like she said, you don't feel hungry at all between the meals or even after that. I don't have much anything different to say other than don't reduce the amount of water too much during second half. Keeps your skin soft and hydrated : ) stay blessed💫 Day 6 - current weight 60.23kg. Not much difference to be honest. Also, I changed chicken feet with 2 eggs due to availability issue. Will update with day 7 results Day 7 - 59.93kg . I am quite satisfied with my progress so far. This will be the end of water fast diet journey🎉 Total weight lost - 4.65kg
@@suni485 I would say yes. Because right after this I went on a 10 day trip where I ate whatever the hell I laid my eyes on (Mind you there was a lot of trekking and walking all day). I come back and check my scale it was 60.70kg. Ofcourse, once you are back inside the house, the consumption as well as the energy spent is less. So unless you eat lots of sugar or binge, you should be fine.
I loveeee this, I need to try this ASAP because there is some extra weight that I need to lose. Losing weight fast keeps me motivated and I struggled with losing weight a lot
Im currently 104kg. I barely move around because of work ...but i want to do this starting today and i will be back after one week with progress. Hopefully it can put be back to nineties and i can continue with my weightloss journey. I am so glad i found this video
@@Haneinn__ it does....I got down to 101 however it's so easy to gain it back ...I'm currently back to 103....so I'm trying to find something more sustainable to work with
Started today >Lowest weight: 76 KG< Goal: 88 KG Day 1: 94,8 KG Day 2: 94,0 Day 3:94,6 Day 4:94,1 Day 5:93,5 Day 6:92,4 Day 7:92,2 Day 10: 91,90 Will do this longer than a week.
That's some great progress! Congratulations on the weight loss so far. Keep up the good work, stay consistent, and don't forget to celebrate your achievements. Wishing you continued success on your journey to your goal! 🌟💪
I'm starting tomorrow, im currently overweight, i weigh 108kg. My goal is to loose 40kg before Christmas. Please guys wìsh me luck. I will come back to give update
To lose 40 kgs in 3 months is not healthy rather stick to 4 try to atleast lose 10 kgs a month I eat qithin a calorie deficncy of 500 and go to the gym and I lose atleast 2 kgs a week
I've lost 40kg so far since having my baby 105kg. Then I gain some back and since September i was 72.2kg as an emotional eater and the refusal of my nmc pin due to diabetes, didnt make sense and i couldnt cope. I got back on truck by God grace, lost 7.2kg, I'm stuck at 65kg. I will try the egg diet. Then do Ramadan as usual, my goal wait is 55kg, got 10kg to go. Well done
🎉👏 Congratulations on losing 40kg so far, that's a huge accomplishment! It's understandable that you faced some setbacks, but it's great to see that you got back on track and lost an additional 7.2kg. 🙌 The egg diet may be a helpful tool to incorporate into your weight loss journey, but remember to always prioritize your health and listen to your body's needs. 🍳💪
High fat high protein may help you if your health professional says its fine .. don't change your fat intake on your own ifnyoure on blood pressure& cholesterol meds already. I'd try mediterraan keto so having omega 3 rich foods and more fish is very beneficial for lowering cholesterol
Thank youuu so much for sharing. For the first time in my life, I weigh above 70kg. I checked the scale this morning and I weigh 73kg. I will start the challenge tomorrow and update you guys
I’ll try it and I’ll be updating u guys after one week Start day: Sunday 19 May Start weight: 72,2 kg Goal: 70 or 69 I’ll be back after 7 days ( next Sunday 26 May) Wish me the best 🤞🤞 Update: So to be honest I didn’t follow everything in the video, but I did the challenge on my own way so that I can stick into the challenge. The mentioned weight will be always my weight in the morning, because I don’t weigh myself before sleeping. Monday 20 May 2024: 71.0 kg Tuesday 21 May 2024: 70.5 kg Wednesday 22 May 2024: 70.3 kg Thursday, 23 May 2024: 70 kg Friday 24 May 2024: 70 kg Saturday 25 May 2024: 69.2 kg Sunday 26th May 2024: 69.2 kg So I’m a student and I always need something to give me more energy to keep going with my studies, so I decided for the water fasting not keeping it water fasting but to add a coffee with it because I can’t concentrate that much good without drinking coffee. My coffee contains melk all the time. I also added honey to my coffee and eat honey because I felt I need more sugar to keep my day going on. And for the surprise, I actually got a good results for the water fasting with coffee. I kept that water fasting with drinking coffee for four days. For the next three days, I was confused if I’m going to eat like the challenge or just keep the water Festing, so I decided to eat a tomato soup then just keeping on with my water fasting for the next two days. For my fifth day I was back to the water fasting with drinking coffee which gave me a good result on day six, because my weight was 69.2 kg. Which is very good results. Day six yesterday I decided to eat tomato soup and drinking coffee and water and keeping my day on and the final results I lost 3 kg. Which was my month goal and I did it. I want to mention that water fasting although you drink coffee it wasn’t that easy challenge because you will get tired at the beginning of the day but if you say I’m gonna do it till I feel that I can’t do anymore so I can stop. if u tell yourself we have to do something and there is no other choice, we will destroy everything so it would be better to make it on your own way and make sure that you can change everything if you want. No one is going to look after your results, but you. Something really important to keep this challenge going on is to tell someone home that you are going to do this challenge because it’s very important to get some motivation. what very important is to tell the person that makes food at home, in my situation, it’s my mom my mom is the one who destroys my challenge all the time when I try to do something so it was the best idea to tell her Because she brings me food all the time, but when I told her she was actually a good supporter. One more thing, why didn’t I lose six or 7 kg instead of 3 kg? It’s because I don’t want to lose That number in a short period, because I don’t wanna gain that weight back. two or 3 kg is perfect in one week so I can work on myself the next days to keep this weight stable. Then I can work on a new goal which is losing more weight because believe me losing weight in a real short period is not that good idea because you might gain that weight back and maybe the double of that weight back which is something that no one want to. Sorry guys, for this long summary, but I thought I have to write it because I wrote a whole paper about this challenge or actually my challenge and what I did and what I didn’t so I thought I have to share it with you to know how it was going on. Wish u the best
Thanks for sharing your detailed experience! It's great to see how you adapted the plan to fit your needs and still achieved good results. Losing weight gradually and steadily is definitely more sustainable, and it’s fantastic that you reached your goal. Keep up the great work and best of luck with your future goals! 💪🌟
Hi there! First time watching this video. I have my 30th birthday in 2 weeks and then trying on wedding dresses the week after so I’ll be trying this. Thank you!
I know 💯 this works as I've tried it before. I went from 68kg -58kg in 3 weeks, different meal plan tho. But now I'm at my heaviest in the 70s, so you HAVE to be consistent. 😢 It is a lot of mental work!
Absolutely! Consistency is key, and it's great that you've experienced positive results before. Weight loss is indeed a journey that requires dedication and mental strength. Keep going, and you'll reach your goals! If you need any support or have questions along the way, feel free to ask. You've got this! 💪😊
I feel so blessed stumbling on this video💕Many thanks for sharing your inspiring weight loss journey💖I am currently weighing 80 and will try your method starting tomorrow. I will be back to testify even if my takes 2 weeks (14 days). I have just subscribed because u deserve it.
I’m so glad you found the video inspiring! 💕 Thank you for subscribing and for your kind words. Best of luck with starting, I’m looking forward to hearing about your journey in 14 days. You’ve got this! 💖😊
I’m gonna start this diet today!! 🩷 Height 156 cm Weight 70.3 kg Goal weight 55 kg Day 1: 70.1 Day 2: 68.7 !!!! I was bot expecting this😳 Day 3: i haven’t weighted myself buttt i completed the day!! Day 4: BAD NEWS my scale broke.. so i will not be able to weight myself everyday but this Saturday i’ll go to one of my friend’s house to weight myself and update ya’ll! I promiseee 🙏🏼
I love your energy, this regime sounds quite challenging but I think I’ll try some (not too long) cleansing fasts to get rid of water weight. Good luck with your journey :D
Ok I am a few seconds on this video but im so distracted by the your beauty, hair and background just looking all gorgeous together hahaha!! Just had to say this before I continue!! Everything looks amazing
I will be starting this challenge tomorrow (20.09.2024) till the next 7 days (30.09.2024) with current weight - 68.8 kgs and goal weight after 10 days - 63 kgs. Please like this comment to remind me to update with the results! Wish me luck Height : 159 cm Day 0 : 68.88 kg Day 1 : 67.90 kg Day 2 : 66.15 kg Day 3 : 65.35 kg Day 4 : 64.45 kg Day 5 : 64.60 kg
I did intermittent fasting for about 3 months earlier this year and lost about 5 kgs....currently at 57-58kg and I'm going to college after 12 days .....i desparately wanna lose atleast 7 kgs I'll start with : 3 days water fast ( with a slice of apple a day ) 2 days with 2 light meals 2 days water fast 1 day with 2 light meals 1 day water fast 1 day with 3 light meals Gonna cut down on sugar, flour and rice...i dont eat meat Day 1: Day 2: Day 3:
I will try too! I dont have high hopes for such a huge weight in a short time but I really like the idea of a reset/introduction to a longer diet/lifestyle change. Thank you for the tips 💜 Here are stats for anyone wondering! I work sedentary sitting 10 hours a day so we will see how it goes fasting and introducing light exercise 🤞🏽 Height: 154cm 12/3/23 Day 1: 73.7kg Water: 67oz Exercise: None 12/4/23 Day 2: 72.6kg Water: 67oz Exercise: 1 hour walk 12/5/23 Day 3: 71.8kg Water: 67oz Exercise: 1hr walk Today i drank 2 bottles of vitamin water. So i might have cheated since its not plain water 😢. Hunger was extra loud today but made it through! 12/6/23 Water Cleanse complete! Weight might have been lower if i slept through the night. But i broke it immediately at 72 hours with a cup of congee 🫣 Day 4: 71.0kg
That sounds like a thoughtful approach! Remember, everyone's body responds differently, and it's essential to listen to yours. Best of luck with your fasting and lifestyle changes! 💜🌟
Hi, New subscriber here and I love your videos. I did something similar in June. So instead of the water fast, I did 3 days of watermelon juice and 2 days of the diet. I find water fasting too difficult for me 😃. I went from 82kg to 76.9 with 30 minutes of walking in 5 days. It works 😊
@@Misaki041it can never be permanent reduced you. You need to slowly go back to your Maintaning weight diet then you’ll gain 2kg or more but it will stop after some bit and you will stay at the weight you want just with 1-2kg more but it won’t be much do a difference
@@LeeKnow-xy5dk thats not true i did very similar diet. I did 5 days water fast and i broke my fast eating just low fat vegetable soups and warm lemon ginger tea for the next 5 days. I went from 85 kilos to 77 kilos in 10 days. I gained 1.5 kilos when i went back to more resonable eating but i lost it by the end of that week without doing anything. Now 2 months later I'm 75.4 kilos. So not only did i not gain anything back I lost a bit more since then.
Thank you so much for this!!! I'm going to start it tomorrow since I already ate today :( I'm currently 88kg so I'm hoping to stick to this all the way~! Fighting!!!
That's commendable! Best of luck on your 7-day water/tea fast. Stay hydrated and listen to your body. If you have any questions, feel free to share. You've got this! 🌟
I am going to start this but a modified version ( because I am pregnant). I will eat fruits and vegetables for 3 days instead of water. Then I will enjoy the phase 2. I want to do this so I can encourage my body to eat healthier and cleaner for the wellbeing of my baby and I. Thank you for sharing, you are inspirational.
Congratulations on your pregnancy! It's wonderful that you're thinking about your health and your baby's well-being. Your modified plan sounds like a great way to introduce healthier eating habits, however this plan is quite extreme and not recommended during pregnancy, you need to consume a balanced and nutritious foods to support the well-being of both you and your baby. Please always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure any dietary changes are safe for you and your baby. Take care of yourself and your little one! 💕🤰👶
Welcome to the journey towards your health goals! It's great that you're taking steps to make positive changes. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask. Best of luck on your journey! 🌟💪
You have motivated me. Thank-you! I’m starting today as I’m going on holidays in 8 days. Starting weight today: 72.2 kilos and height 169cm. I’ll keep you posted daily. I’m a bit apprehensive doing the 3 day water fast , I don’t do well not eating. Here goes..😅
@@juliequinty4134 So I omitted the water fast after 10 hours and I’m doing cabbage soup instead. I figured it’s all water veg anyway. Weighed myself this morning and I’m 71.1. I don’t think I’ll drop 7 kilos but fingers crossed. Water fasting is too much as a busy Mum running kids, work etc, I need to chew on something. My colleagues said I looked slimmer today. Good luck with your journey, please share. Cheers
You’ve got this! 🌟 It’s totally normal to feel a bit apprehensive at first. Just stay focused on your goal and remember to listen to your body. I’ll be cheering you on! Do let us know about your progress. 😊
This is perfect for me! IM young and overweight, this really helped. I know im young, but i did a water & tea fast which helped me for 3 days without starving, i lost around 3kg! I did eat on one of the day of my fasts but i only ate breakfast.
Hi, that's great to hear! Keep up the good work! Also, I want to encourage you to watch my new video for a more sustainable way to lose weight that I’m currently doing. Click here ruclips.net/video/QbEgrGYVSBc/видео.htmlsi=feOvjKKXF57IeISU

I'm glad you found my channel! Excited to have you! Just take it one day at a time, and I'm here to support you. Keep up the positive attitude, and I can't wait to hear about your progress. Keep shining! ✨❤😊
Thank you! A fruit cleanse sounds refreshing, but be mindful of the types of fruit you choose. Some fruits are high in sugar. Good for weight loss: Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), apples, pears, grapefruits. To avoid or limit: Bananas, grapes, mangoes, pineapples, as they are higher in sugar. Enjoy your cleanse and good luck! 🤩🍇🍉
I just can't believe how you can be without food for 3 days. I get a terrible headache after 20hrs. You look good👍 Would you share the coffee smoothie please
Thanks for the compliment! I understand how tough fasting can be. The headaches might be due to sugar withdrawal. Try to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. Click her for the coffee smoothie recipe: ourleanjourney.com/product-category/breakfast-options/
Hey hey , I’m currently on a weight loss journey and this video just helped me confirm the first thing i need to do which is the 3 day water cleanse, i had just spoke about this being the most important and efficient way to actually see quicker results and work towards maintaining those results as well ! Thank you much ! 😊
@@OurLeanJourney I’ve done Sundai Love’s 7 day detox & I’m well aware these diets can drive you nuts even after just a few days haha Cruise was great, but I honestly got so busy I forgot to try this but it’s still on my radar!
You're welcome! I'm thrilled to hear that the video inspired you and gave you the motivation to keep going. Remember, you've got this! Keep pushing and reaching for your goals. Stay beautiful also and stay motivated! 💪🔥😊
Thank you! I'm 17 and my exams are almost finishing so I gained a bit of weight from exams! Hopefully I can shred some of it off for the holiday! Day 1 morning: 66kg Day 2 morning: 64.5kg Day 3 morning: 64kg Day 4 morning: 62.9kg Day 5 morning: 63.2kg - I think I'm gaining weight bcs I'm no longer on the fast but I'm still on the diet. Day 6: 62.6kg- guys for some reason my weight is reducing😫🙏 I think it's getting used to the diet Day 7: 63.3kg Day 8: 62.4kg - I've got thinner and I think most of it converted to lean muscle. My skin is clearer too!
That's awesome! I totally get it. Exams can be tough, and sometimes our routines get disrupted. But don't worry, you can definitely get back on track. Just focus on eating healthy and staying active, and you'll start seeing progress. Remember to take it one step at a time and be kind to yourself. You've got this!
It's great to see your progress! Remember that weight can vary from day to day due to factors like water retention and digestion. It's normal for your weight to fluctuate. Keep following a good diet and stay consistent with your healthy habits. Celebrate the positive changes you're experiencing. Keep up the great work! 💪😊
@bria7885 girl I am so happy for ya can you tell me how much water you drank during those three days and did you eat anything while you were doing the water fasting And did you follow the same meal plan? Please update me I gotta loose weight and I am struggling with losing it for about a year
@@saly986Hey girlie! On the water fast I obvs drank mostly water but I ate a little too. (Going from eating a lot to eating nothing wasn't realistic for me). I drank a smoothie in the morning for the 3 days and I ate a bit of fruit- mostly watermelon. (I had 1 or 2 biscuits during 2 of the water fast days because I was soo hungry😅. ) I wouldn't say I drank that much water - just the amount I felt like I needed. Basically I followed the diet plan roughly based on my needs (I'm taller). I sometimes substituted some of the meals- like instead of soup sometimes I would have a diff low calorie food like couscous and veggies or any diet meal I found on youtube. As long as you roughly follow it you will lose weight- don't worry abt following it 100%. Also I walked a lot and went out a lot during these days - I didn't work out though. You've got this!!! I'm happy to say I've permanently lost the weight and I'm now at 59kg. Just be confident and tailor it slightly to your own needs to make it achievable because we all have different bodies.
Hey! I just found this video and I’m trying water fasting for first time. Weight 71kgs 1D: I drank water only 2D day: 66.86kg I felt really dizzy so not gonna lie! I ate a small portion of Greek yogurt with blueberries. 3D: 65.77kgs Todays is my third day so I’m gonna drink water only 😌 let’s see how it goes 😃
Hey! Awesome that you’re giving this a try. You’ve already made great progress! Feeling dizzy is normal, especially in the beginning, and it’s totally okay that you had a small snack. Just listen to your body and stay hydrated. Keep going, but don’t push too hard, your health comes first! 😊 Let’s see how today goes!
Jumpstarting my weight loss journey with this method as I am seeing my long-distance boyfriend again at the end of August, will be updating my progress everyday and excited to see results! Age: 27, Height: 178cm Day 1: 88.8kg (195lbs) Day 2: 87.7kg (193lbs) Day 3: 86.4kg (190lbs) [Now I know it is not recommended to fast on days you’re busy/have work, I decided to do this during work days because although my work is a little physically demanding, I knew if I was kept busy I wouldn’t have to think too much about how hungry I was. It was a little tough since I was losing some energy throughout, but it was still manageable. The days felt longer but the thought of getting to eat on saturday was just exciting! I even found enjoyment in watching cooking videos - usually I avoid them because they make me hungry but since I was already hungry it wasn’t really an issue lol!] Day 4: 86.1kg (189lbs) Day 5: 84.9kg ((187lbs) [Wow!! I thought after the water fast that the amount of weight I would lose would slow down but i’m really impressed!]
Hey, that’s fantastic progress! 🌟 It’s great that you’re staying motivated and finding ways to make the fast manageable. Keep up the amazing work, and I hope you see even more great results by the time you see your boyfriend! 💪😊
My weight was normal 40-41 kg as well lean bcz of healthy active lifestyle but last 3 months it changed cz my mind changed. I used to do all the NO NO things of diet , having sweets over and over , overeating unhealthy foods at latenight and what not . I used to thought i would go back to my healthy diet tomorrow but alas ! I couldn't, i even broke all the promises and now I'm totally exhausted doing this again and again.my weight gained 44 kg. For this i cried every single day bcz i did everything knowing that it's wrong which is really painful,i was loosing my motivation spirit to do something good even my study has hampered a lot . What i learnt from last 3 months is that consistency and 100% proper mindset is the real key to everything. Today 9/12/23 i start my back diet and will update in this channel 24 dec just taking 15 days challenge and change my mind stay up to only positive vibes 😊
It's great that you've recognised the need for a positive change and have decided to embark on a healthier path. Consistency and a positive mindset are indeed crucial factors in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Remember to be patient with yourself, celebrate small victories, and focus on making sustainable changes. Best of luck on your journey, and feel free to update here if you'd like support or share your progress!
That's fantastic! We have the same height, and I can understand your desire to lose 7 kgs. Starting tomorrow is a great decision. Stay motivated, stay consistent, and remember to prioritize your overall well-being. You've got this! ❤

Hey! Amazing job pushing through Day 1, huge accomplishment! 👏🏽👏🏽 The shakes and low energy are normal at first, but it gets easier as your body adjusts. Stay strong, you’re doing great! 💪 Keep it up! 😊✨
Starting my weight loss journey today. I have to get fit for my upcoming wedding in early December. I currently weigh 66.2kgs. My weight fluctuates between 65.5 - 66.5. My goal weight is 55 - 58 kgs Day 1 - 66.2 kgs - I haven't had anything except my daily dose of recommended vitamin d with water.
I started this and will edit till the end of this challenge Before weight - 86 kg Day 1 - 86 kg (water fast I did walking) Day 2 - 84.2 kg (water fast and walking again) Day 3 -
You're off to a great start! You're already seeing progress in just two days. Keep tracking, and I'll be here to cheer you on! 😊 How are you feeling so far?
I came across a comment from someone who shared their daily diet and how much weight they lost, and now I’m inspired to do the same to make the challenge more motivating So it's 01 : 09 am & watching this video - Day 1: 55 kgs 22 : 10 - Today was supposed to be a water fasting day, and I followed it until the evening. However, I had a family reunion with dinner at a restaurant, and I ended up eating. I'll do some exercise later to balance things out :D
That's awesome! Sharing your daily diet and progress can definitely help keep you motivated and accountable. If you're ready, you could start documenting what you eat each day and track how it affects your weight loss journey. Want to try that out starting tomorrow?
@@OurLeanJourney Thank you so much! That's a great idea. I think documenting what I eat each day will definitely help me stay on track and see the progress more clearly. I’ll give it a try starting tomorrow and keep you posted!
That's a great! Starting can be the hardest part, but remember to stay determined and stay hydrated during your water fast. You've got this, and I'm cheering for your success! 🌟💪❤

We do water fast as a believer in christ in Africa and the standards is 3 days no food and water. Lol my first fast was when I was only 12 years old. In my 30s God led me to 7 days water fast, this 🙌 was only possible on a spiritual journey. In fact I was jobless and pray to God to bless me with a job and after the fast 1 month later I got the job😊. My advice is to conbined the fasting period with prayer and meditation because during the water fast your soul and spirit become more alert.

I'll follow this plan after coming monday cause i m having my Mphil exam next week and all i need to be more energetic for my exams!! After 24th sept i will update you guys.. plzz do like my comment so that i can remember...😊
I am 8hrs in starting at 252! I will update at the end of the water fast then after the 4 days doing the diet plan. I started at 252 after the three day water fast I went down to 248. During the fast I walked 10,000 steps or more a day and drunk plenty of water. A four pound lost over a three day period may not seem like a lot but I was stuck at 252 so it felt good to finally see the number on The scale go down. I’m currently doing the meal plan and hope to be 245 by the end of the month (2 days lol) I made my end of the month goal of 245 but have decided to do this again but this time with more exercise. Day one I lost 5 pounds! And I will keep going
That's a promising start! Keep up the determination, and I look forward to hearing about your progress at the end of your water fast and as you continue with the diet plan. Remember, consistency and commitment are key. You've got this! 💪🌟

People don't realise that weight loss is 100% a mental challenge. Not a physical one. If you're caught up in an unhealthy mental space, it's impossible to change your lifestyle. You need to adress your mindset FIRST, change your whole perspective on life and food and yourself, and your body will simply follow.
That is so true. I've been struggling with that but I realize this thing is mentally
Well I didn't know this but I'm on day 3 of my diet and I have 4 more days left and so far I love it 🤍 I watch meal planning videos to help me after this is over. 🌻🌻🌻
What you do not realize that She had much fat on her IT is easier to loose weight like that
It is honestly one of the hardest things to do in life.
you’re speaking facts it’s so true
I started doing this! 3 day water fast, then on to OMAD with lots of protein and vegetables and a 1 mile spirited walk. I've lost 11lbs as of day 9. Which is now and RUclips decided to throw your video in my feed. Thank you for the reassurance!
That's fantastic progress! Keep up the good work! You're doing great!
so water fasting is drinking only water and not eating or drinking anything else?
@@kanasasleep coffee, unsweet tea, lemon water, electrolyte water is all safe. Just don't use sugar and other addictives.

What you did exactly can u please explain??
I did a 3 day water fast in late November and lost 2.4kg . Seeing you do the same makes me wana do it again 😂 thanks for the video!
You're welcome! Best of luck on your journey!
THE best thing I have ever watched on RUclips.
Thank you for sharing.
Hi! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Will edit with day 3 results
Day 3 - I weigh at 62.25 kg
I felt lightheaded in the morning and somehow pooped as well.
THATS 3.36kg DOWN 🥳🎉
Don't feel hungry at all tbh and energy levels are as good as my eating days.
Keeps your skin soft and hydrated : ) stay blessed💫
Day 6 - current weight 60.23kg. Not much difference to be honest. Also, I changed chicken feet with 2 eggs due to availability issue.
Will update with day 7 results
Day 7 - 59.93kg . I am quite satisfied with my progress so far. This will be the end of water fast diet journey🎉
Total weight lost - 4.65kg
Will be waiting for your update 😊
I will start tomorrow too.
@@felinamutolo All the best girl !!🔥 It's my first time doing this thing. It's working. I hope it does for you too. Good luck 💫💪
A4e you still keeping the weight off?
Did you move a lot during this?
@@suni485 I would say yes. Because right after this I went on a 10 day trip where I ate whatever the hell I laid my eyes on (Mind you there was a lot of trekking and walking all day). I come back and check my scale it was 60.70kg.
Ofcourse, once you are back inside the house, the consumption as well as the energy spent is less. So unless you eat lots of sugar or binge, you should be fine.

@@OurLeanJourney thank you 😊
High fat high protein may help you if your health professional says its fine .. don't change your fat intake on your own ifnyoure on blood pressure& cholesterol meds already. I'd try mediterraan keto so having omega 3 rich foods and more fish is very beneficial for lowering cholesterol

Wish me the best 🤞🤞
Update:
So to be honest I didn’t follow everything in the video, but I did the challenge on my own way so that I can stick into the challenge. The mentioned weight will be always my weight in the morning, because I don’t weigh myself before sleeping.
Monday 20 May 2024: 71.0 kg
Tuesday 21 May 2024: 70.5 kg
Wednesday 22 May 2024: 70.3 kg
Thursday, 23 May 2024: 70 kg
Friday 24 May 2024: 70 kg
Saturday 25 May 2024: 69.2 kg
Sunday 26th May 2024: 69.2 kg
So I’m a student and I always need something to give me more energy to keep going with my studies, so I decided for the water fasting not keeping it water fasting but to add a coffee with it because I can’t concentrate that much good without drinking coffee.

Hi, New subscriber here and I love your videos. I did something similar in June. So instead of the water fast, I did 3 days of watermelon juice and 2 days of the diet. I find water fasting too difficult for me 😃. I went from 82kg to 76.9 with 30 minutes of walking in 5 days. It works 😊

Reading the comments...im so motivated! I'll start this tomorrow. Thank you for being awesome!
Gonna update my journey here.
Great! I’m so glad to hear you’re feeling motivated. Can’t wait to see your updates and cheer you on! You've got this! 🎉✨
I’m new and I’m gonna subscribe this helped me understand a lot I’m currently a little overweight I’m 84kg and imma try to get down to 64kg
Hiii any update ? I don’t know if I want to start, the three water fast seems harsh
@@juliequinty4134try it for a day and see if u can handle it!
I did eat on one of the day of my fasts but i only ate breakfast.

hello, im gonna start tomorrow and i am so excited
Great, You've got this hun! 💪
You are amazing! I love that you put your height as well! 🤩
I’d love to do a fruit cleanse at the start :)
Please share about the fruit cleanse...
Wooow This is sooo Exciting! Thank you for Sharing..
I’m so glad! 😊 I’m happy to share. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
I just can't believe how you can be without food for 3 days. I get a terrible headache after 20hrs. You look good👍 Would you share the coffee smoothie please
Have a bit of salt.
Hi, I'm so glad to hear. Wishing you all the best as you work towards maintaining your goals! 😊
I have a cruise in just under two weeks. This sounds like a great way to shed that excess hopefully before I go!
Exciting! Remember to stay hydrated and listen to your body during the process. It's a short-term plan, so be mindful. Have a fantastic cruise! 🚢🌟
@@OurLeanJourney I’ve done Sundai Love’s 7 day detox & I’m well aware these diets can drive you nuts even after just a few days haha Cruise was great, but I honestly got so busy I forgot to try this but it’s still on my radar!
Am seeing this today,
I wanna start this challenge tomorrow and update the progress from day 1-7
I feel encouraged
Great! I'm glad you're feeling encouraged! Can't wait to hear about your progress! You've got this! 🎉
Amazing! This video inspired me so much and encouraged me to keep going and to push through it! Thank you beautiful!!
You're welcome! I'm thrilled to hear that the video inspired you and gave you the motivation to keep going. Remember, you've got this! Keep pushing and reaching for your goals. Stay beautiful also and stay motivated! 💪🔥😊
Defo gonna try this, thank you! I gained 10kg & it’s been so difficult to lose weight...
You're welcome! I hope this works well for you. Losing weight can be tough, but sticking with it and staying motivated will help. Good luck! 🌟
Thank you! I'm 17 and my exams are almost finishing so I gained a bit of weight from exams! Hopefully I can shred some of it off for the holiday!
Day 1 morning: 66kg
Day 2 morning: 64.5kg
Day 3 morning: 64kg
Day 4 morning: 62.9kg
Day 5 morning: 63.2kg - I think I'm gaining weight bcs I'm no longer on the fast but I'm still on the diet.
Day 6: 62.6kg- guys for some reason my weight is reducing😫🙏 I think it's getting used to the diet
Day 7: 63.3kg
Day 8: 62.4kg - I've got thinner and I think most of it converted to lean muscle.
@@OurLeanJourney thank you! I will do! :))💝💝💝💝
@bria7885 girl I am so happy for ya can you tell me how much water you drank during those three days and did you eat anything while you were doing the water fasting
And did you follow the same meal plan?
I'm gonna start this tomorrow too. Will update you then :) Btw this is an amazing video🎉
Great! You got this! All the best hun! 💪🏽
I love love love way u broke it down.
Thanks for sharing
You're welcome! I'm glad you found the breakdown helpful. Good luck on your journey! 💪❤
Hey! I just found this video and I’m trying water fasting for first time.
Weight 71kgs
1D: I drank water only
2D day: 66.86kg
I felt really dizzy so not gonna lie! I ate a small portion of Greek yogurt with blueberries.
3D: 65.77kgs
Todays is my third day so I’m gonna drink water only 😌 let’s see how it goes 😃
Water fast sounds like a real deal. Thanks for sharing
It is! If you decide to try a water fast, listen to your body. Best of luck! 💧🌟
Jumpstarting my weight loss journey with this method as I am seeing my long-distance boyfriend again at the end of August, will be updating my progress everyday and excited to see results!
Age: 27, Height: 178cm
Day 1: 88.8kg (195lbs)
Day 2: 87.7kg (193lbs)
Day 3: 86.4kg (190lbs)
[Now I know it is not recommended to fast on days you’re busy/have work, I decided to do this during work days because although my work is a little physically demanding, I knew if I was kept busy I wouldn’t have to think too much about how hungry I was. It was a little tough since I was losing some energy throughout, but it was still manageable. The days felt longer but the thought of getting to eat on saturday was just exciting! I even found enjoyment in watching cooking videos - usually I avoid them because they make me hungry but since I was already hungry it wasn’t really an issue lol!]
Day 4: 86.1kg (189lbs)
Day 5: 84.9kg ((187lbs)
[Wow!!
Great job, keep it up Sis!🎉🎉💯💯👊
Thanks sis!😘
Remember to be patient with yourself, celebrate small victories, and focus on making sustainable changes. Best of luck on your journey, and feel free to update here if you'd like support or share your progress!

Go girl 👏👏. I'll keep coming back for your update✨
Water fast as in you're not going to eat at all? Throughout the three days?
Updates please?
I came across a comment from someone who shared their daily diet and how much weight they lost, and now I’m inspired to do the same to make the challenge more motivating
So it's 01 : 09 am & watching this video

22 : 10 - Today was supposed to be a water fasting day, and I followed it until the evening.

We do water fast as a believer in christ in Africa and the standards is 3 days no food and water. Lol my first fast was when I was only 12 years old. In my 30s God led me to 7 days water fast, this 🙌 was only possible on a spiritual journey. In fact I was jobless and pray to God to bless me with a job and after the fast 1 month later I got the job😊. My advice is to conbined the fasting period with prayer and meditation because during the water fast your soul and spirit become more alert.
😂😂😂 You are 💯 right, hitting two birds with one stone 😅😅😅
@@Jk-TOURS trust me. It's pointless to do it without prayer.

You go ! Please share it!
That's a promising start! Keep up the determination, and I look forward to hearing about your progress at the end of your water fast and as you continue with the diet plan. Remember, consistency and commitment are key. You've got this! 💪🌟
