    Loved the video. I am 71 years old. I do some of the exercises but I would love to the other exercises also. I think the rolling exercise won't be good for me since I'm 70+.

      હા જી ભાઈ વીરેન્દ્ર જી હું ૬૮ વર્ષની છું.સૂતાં સૂતાં આ બધી exercise kariun chun. વજન તો ઓછું થાય છે. મારે સર્જરી ટાળવી છે.અને ચાલવું છે. ઊભા ઊભા મારાથી કસરત ન થાય. શું હું ચાલી શકીશ ?એટલે કે માર્કેટ સુધી કે એકાદ કિલો મીટર સુધી ? આપ શું કહો છો ? આખી જિંદગી ચાલીને નોકરીએ જતાં.ઘરમાં રસોઈ કરું છું.થોડું ચાલુ છું.ખાસ્સો સુધ સુધારો થયો છે exr થી.મને યોગ્ય જવાબ આપશો. મારે ચાલવું છે બસ ચાલવું છે. નિવૃત
