I am 65 years old and I do yoga regularly my body is super flexible and age is just a number for me
I am also 67 years and do sarwangaasan halaasan bhujangaasn pashchimottanasan etc and bhraamri parnayaam from last 30 years my body shape is better than 45 years my weist size 30 inch till now

Apka vedio muzhe bahut pasant ayya. Meri age 60 hai. Muzhe 6 month pahele slip disk problem huva tha. Complete 2 month bedrest per thi. Medicine + Complete rest se ab mai thik ho gayee. 45min or 1 hr walk kar sakti hai. Fir bhi kabhi kabhi thoda bahut jangh ke pichche halkasa dard feel hota hai.
Aiseme apka bataya yog mai kar sakegi kintu slip disk ka koi problem fir se hoga to nahi na. Please guide me proper.
