I like it and I want do it today after legs workout in the gym, can I do that or I should do it in another day ?cz it's hit workout and legs workout its hard too .I want lose fat without losing muscles
50 minute HIIT workout is quite tough, so we would recommend to do it another day:)

The workout is great except for the ads that pop up during the workout rather than the rest time.

So that puddle in the floor that’s me 😮. Lol. I loved it although I live in a house with no conditioning and temperatures are hot right now so yeah I’ll be drinking more than my 2 litres of water today. Thanks Louis and James for the great workout. I love that you left the stretching off it makes it easy for me to use your workouts with other workouts without the guilt of skipping the stretching 🎉😂❤

I am currently writing about my experience after a complete workout at full capacity and without any 'reserve.' Firstly, I would like to commend the choice of exercises and the pace, which is neither too fast nor too slow. I would also praise the well-emphasized transitions between exercises.
My only criticism, and also a warning to all future exercisers who opt for this workout, is that they will not burn anywhere near 1000 calories, as indicated in the video thumbnail. I understand that these figures are generally approximate and can vary from 100 to 200 maybe to 300 calories, but a variation of up to 500 calories seems too much. I measured this workout with the Apple Watch SE 2 and burned 426 active calories and 511 total calories. I believe that in the future, more caution should be exercised in estimating the calories burned when recording such exercises. Whish you all best! Stay strong!
