    It's nice to see that someone is still making tutorials on the human flag. Such a beautiful skill and feat of strength. Nice job bro! I have a request. Can you also make a tutorial using a single vertical pole and explain the difference of a human flag performed on a vertical pole versus the horizontal bars?

    damn, I would not even know where to start with calisthenics, but it's beautiful

      start with the basics, pull ups dips push ups squats and basic core exercises,
      once you've mastered these (good form and decent amount of reps (5-10))
      you can start actual calisthenics like aiming for skills n stuff

    ok human flag is fun and all bu calling it one of the hardest skills in calistenics is just crazy(plache, maltese, front lever, pull to touch,SAT, hefesto, victorian, iron cross, straight arm hefesto...)

    I remember doing this and like muscle up in grounders when I was like 7 now I can only do like 5 pull ups😢

    Great but you need body work one hour massage at least once a week if not once a day
