Ok I had heard the band name Alabama Shakes before but never heard their music (or if I did I didn't realize it was theirs) and recently I've heard Brittany Howard's name quite a bit but again didn't know who she was or heard her music but EVERYTHING about this interview makes me sad that I didn't know who she was sooner and makes me want to go buy her album and listen to it right away. Unfortunately (fortunately?) they closed it after a few months and couldn't find anymore close by. Probably for the best. I might have proposed to the bacon had it stayed in my life, in those quantities. :)
