Great video, thanks! This is the best I've found for disassembly of the lower guides!

James - I do love machine restorations. I could be critical, especially about tapping with a vice grip, when more appropriate tools are there to be had. I noted your Wera tools so I am aware of your appreciation of fine tools. Get those you need and augment your tool-box as often as necessary. Your use of a couple of 'nuts' to undo the studs I understand BUT....having a mill attachment for your lathe I would have recommended machining six identical faces upon those studs to enable tightening / loosening with an appropriately sized ring spanner. Far more efficient and far more impressive. I have learned much from this series of videos especially as I am seriously considering the restoration of one myself. From where did you acquire the new tires?

Thank you so much for these videos. They've really helped me to identify the proper restoration steps for my similar Rockwell band saw!

Did you have that paint matched or just something off the shelf? Also how's the vibration? notice any run out in the wheels? Mine are out of round almost .010 using a dial indicator. This causes my blade to vibrate in and out transferring through the entire saw.
