I taped this movie off a Buffalo station back in ‘86, commercials and all. I still watch that tape. Great way to time-warp back to when I was a kid I was heavily into watching Mx races. Didn’t care and still don’t care for crap like football, baseball, etc. if a motor, set of wheels and handlebars aren’t involved it ain’t a sport to me.
As an artist I can't help but wonder, what this movie would be like with the soundtrack being completely different? With " ACDC", and other great songs that could really liven up the feel, of what they were hoping for? Anyways, it is what it is, food for thought.
Thank you, rare hard to find movie, one of my all time favorite movies growing up
Thanks for posting this up. It's been a BENCH RACING discussion here in Texas for decades, with no traces of it until now!

Not many 41year olds running 2 digit numbers, especially back in 85.
I remember how bad this movie really is, however since it's " dirtbike" themed it gets a free pass. Yes it's questionable?
Over the Top copied a lot of this script
