THE 1934 Ford with aftermarket trunk is almost the same as the Bonnie and Clyde death car. This auction Ford here has a slightly different aftermarket trunk with trunk hinges in a different location. It does have the same rear tire steel cover. This difference could be changed if someone had to have the same car as B+C. They were very evil people.
Good show today! It's a shame that you didn't get that lawn mower, ha ha😅 I could just see you sitting on it, being towed over to your trailer, and then getting winched up onto that big ol' flatbed, hee hee😆! Have a great evening, my friend. Take care of yourself and tell your pop. "Hey" for me👋😃✌️
My favorite piece by far was the early Huber tractor with the over the top chain and sprocket steering system. Loved the exposed oval fuel tank and the spark plugs on the side of the engine loved the look even had some great patina going on. Also belt to power other equip. Awesome piece for only $250.00 what!!!
Buying at auction tip. 17:50-18:00 watch guy bid on car, he puts his hand under his chin. This is a gesture that means “cut bid down in half”. Example auctioneer has a bid at $500 already, now auctioneer is asking $1000. If you signal under your chin at throat, instead of you bidding at $1000, you are bidding $750. Once you’ve done this move, a good auctioneer will recognize you are not a rookie and do not wish to overspend. The rest of the day he will likely give you reduced prices.
The 1934 Ford is the exact model that outlaws Bonnie and Clyde were ambushed and killed in. Their death car had the rare raised model trunk also. The car was officially a 1934 Ford, 4 door Deluxe Sedan Model 730. They stole the car with 8 hundred miles on it and when they were killed a month or so later the odometer read 8500 miles or so.
Tim, I would like to get to one of these auctions with you to experience all the goodness of these farm auctions. Please know that to would be paying for the experience myself!
IMHO, the best deals of the day were the Stude Starlite, the Cushman Eagle w/extra tank, the two Cushman stationary engines and the Huber tractor. The Suzuki snowmobile at 50 bucks was quite a bargain as well. The auctioneers proclaiming, "no title" was funny. If you know anyone living in South Dakota, they can get you a new title if no registration in the past ten years, for... $5!
that bonnie and clide ford was pure gold at $18 grand, and the stude for 7 bills was a good buy, my brother had one when i was a kid, he used hide his beers in the tubs beside the rear seats when he went to drive-in movies all thse years ago, dumpster pop western australia
That Tudor was a steal at 500 bucks and the 2 T coupes were a steal....if they were here locally I woulda never got them that cheap....(central Cali)..😂😂
Huber has Waukesha engine. Good runners.Cushman on wagon was 50 bucks below market. Cushman binder engine was spot on. Fairbanks Morse was a good buy .AL B.
Overall good buying prices. The auctioneer was quick to close out each item as if he had a hot date waiting. Stiff terms: basically cash for the car sales.
I bought one of the parts cabinets in the building and was loading the next day and the model T inside resold for $4K. I bought the mag for the huber and the new owner didn't seem interested, it must be going to scrap
They keep referring to these cars as "ANTIQUES"....I want to know why. I thought an antique was an item over one hundred years in age or older.....am I wrong?
Some things sold EXTREMELY cheap. The nice tractors, the 59 Ford was ridiculously cheap, even the Studebaker went quite cheap. I was bidding on a few items in my mind. Without having any use for those things. It broke my heart that you did not buy the Henry J. It was rough, I admit that. Let us pray that it stays as original as possible and will not be "butchered".
Nice show as always get with me Don bosner I might have a couple vehicles you would like may sell soon 89 dodge d 100 6clnd 5speed and a 1940 dodge 2 door business couple keep me posted 📫 thanks
@mr.goodpliers6988 hey guy let me know if you get to palmetto Florida 40 dodge 2door business coupe and 1989 dodge d 100 short box v6 5 speed 80000 miles 😉 Don d
At 16:55:00, that 34 Tudor sold at $18k?? No, no, no..Does it have special powers, like run, do the dishes, and mow the lawn? That's ridulous. Some of these bidders...I don't understand..That fucking thing is NOT worth $18k. Maybe $13k of it it is your now $18k sentiment value, whatever... Go ahead, piss your money away. The auctioneer and owner doesn't mind. Dude, $18k for THAT, are you on pot??
For 425 dollars i would of been all over that silver LTD. Looks like it would of cleaned up nice. For sure i would of got rid of those hideous aftermarket hubcaps.
The second gas tank on the Non functional highly neglected Lawnmower engine equipped thing is definitely not OEM & stupidly hazardous especially in the pending crashes from the rear basically a Dinto on two wheels.
Funny how Podge didn't Class action Sue Fluzuki for copy right infringement & model name stealing for name a stupidly rare highly desirable by the right mental disorder horder for using Fury as a name designation when said Podge been using said now Snow machine specific nameplate.
Great review , Mr G..... the yellow 59 was a give away...
Yes, it looks like it would have cleaned up nicely.
Well done getting the spark plug collection really cool will be a nice conversation piece
I enjoy the commentary on the vehicles
Thank you for showing us those real cool relics of Americana Mr. GP.

Thank you for showing what the hit miss miss engine brought
Oh wow, lots of cool stuff!!!!!!!!! 👍👍
The look on his face was worth a million good on you take care
44:02 - That Henry J was my favorite too! I was surprised how low it went, but as you pointed out, it takes two to tango.
That Cushman motorcycle looked to have potential.
Bunch of goodness. Very cool Stuff. Thank you Tim You're awesome place to be place to be❤
I watch a lot of your videos, but this was the best! Like seeing the actual sale of items!
Keep up these videos!!
Good work with the kid and the bike - makes for a good feeling inside
I don't know about all the price and stuff but I enjoyed the video Seem like a lot of good deals Thank you for the video
Another auction with excellent pre-auction & sale day coverage!
Love your stuff!
(I'm more of the mechanical type, myself.😎
I learned to drive in my moms, old Studebaker, I think it was a golden hawk. A total beast, at 11yrs old.

Seeing SBC engines go so well is nuts. About 14 years ago I sent 4 or 5 engines to scrap. I'd saved them for about 25 years and needed the space.

That green spark plug!!!!!!!! Wow, my favorite color, also a beautiful design. Never seen it before or heard of the manufacturer

You have the most interesting channel on you tube Tim! Thx for sharing😀
Love the 59 ford i would have bought it that cheap. They are nice cars and Like to get a nice one to fix up.
Shame you missed out on the Henry J, I like them and they seem to be very rare.
Tim, I would like to get to one of these auctions with you to experience all the goodness of these farm auctions. Please know that to would be paying for the experience myself!
The banjo cart under the Cushman engine use to sell fir $500 by itself
The Henry J interior is crazy rad! Never seen a original one before. Thanks!
The rare trunk must have made this one worth the higher price to pay that much. Sometimes, one unique feature is all it takes.
I was surprised it sold for so much more than all the other cars there. It was said the bidder would have gone even higher yet.

The Huber and Farmall next to it went for a combined $500. Thought that was a good buy for both.

The 59 Galaxie 500 was considered to be Ford's version of the Victoria Town sedan. In its day. 😊
I'm glad you found something.
Each video is better than the last! Thank you 👍
i want the Studebaker
The 1934 Ford was the best buy of the day.Extra tire/ 3 windows in rear.If I was there I would bid $25,000. Good luck to every has it now.
Bonnie and Clyde car.
The boat was a true steal
The rings in my car would need to be coming out the exhaust before I bought a case of oil....😁😁
The '34 ford with trunk was good buying too!.
Great video!
I'd of went for that 59 Ford
Thanks
Central California watching
El studeb. Muy barato 💰👍
Love these videos. Let's me know not to over pay for parts cars. Everyone thinks they are worth thousands
Huber has Waukesha engine. Good runners.Cushman on wagon was 50 bucks below market. Cushman binder engine was spot on. Fairbanks Morse was a good buy .AL B.
Spark plugs, very cool.
Love the history I would like to find a early 40's ford or chevrolet truck for a project I have a mind
That stuff is out my league
Overall good buying prices. The auctioneer was quick to close out each item as if he had a hot date waiting. Stiff terms: basically cash for the car sales.

The Huber going to scrap? That ain't right! Hope that's not the case. That would be a total bummer
It would be nice to know when the auction were going to happen. Thanks
The lion's share of them are listed on Facebook. We do find a few by internet search also
The Wico magneto on the Cushman engine alone goes for $300.
My guess is the boat was a fresh water boat 🤔 ..bet it just needed carbs cleaned those OMC loopers good motors
Yeah Nebraska is a loooong way from saltwater
@@mr.goodpliers6988 You read my mind, I entertain myself with subtle humor
16:58 I’m scratching my head on the ‘34 fordor… $18k???? Is there something special about it?
I think old car prices are down and the ones needing restored will really drop. Yes a few cars will bring big money but most will not .
Depends on location.
I would say they both over paid for the 34 and 41 Fords. The 37 was a bargain buy.
TIM, I HAVE 2 OF THOSE LARGE SIZED REMOTE CONTROL CARS IN MY LEAN TO. REMIND ME WHEN YOU'RE HERE FOR THE OLDS 98.....
the '59 Galaxie was a pretty good buy IMHO
Most of the engines thought to be stuck are not
Really appreciate you posting auction prices cause I can't stand listening to auctioneers.
Very nice ai from brasil
Where in Nebraska was this?
Cortland, just north of Beatrice
Didn't see any Fulton visors or artillery wheels
They keep referring to these cars as "ANTIQUES"....I want to know why. I thought an antique was an item over one hundred years in age or older.....am I wrong?
If that bidder had offered $327.0 (versus $325.0) on the 327 block he'd likely won it just for the humor of it. ;-)
That guy answered your question on the Henry J as if to say, "I'm gonna bag it and do an LS swap."
Some things sold EXTREMELY cheap. The nice tractors, the 59 Ford was ridiculously cheap, even the Studebaker went quite cheap. I was bidding on a few items in my mind. the 59 Ford was a steal. Cleaned up and running I can see it advertised for sale here in Europe for €20K.

I didn’t see that 1934 Ford hitting $18k. Yikes!
I think it made everyone there a little dizzy 😵💫
Can a person get a title for these cars and trucks?
Every state is different. Kansas is relatively simple, but other states like Missouri or Illinois are very tough

Why are there so many farm auctions there
Lot of farmers dying around the same age?
❤3m makes a great graffiti paint removal product❤$$$😢

Too bad the Henry J is doomed to be butchered. The 34 Ford proves that you only need 2 interested parties to get an outrageous price.
They are like Anglias, they always get resto-moded
I think you would make a lot more money if you have things ORGANIZED😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

wow so happy for you!!!!lol.not!!!
That 52 Studebaker sure is one ugly car.
