    Thanks for the help. Mine was bought, online from Walmart in October, 2022… this is March 12, 2023..! I bought 2 at the time.. the other one broke after 3 uses.. but our closest Walmart is nearly 60 miles away, so I wasn’t going to return it without needing anything else. I couldn’t return it because it was over the 3 months time frame for returns..!

    I do not know why I EVER bought another one as I have had nothing but issues with them. God bless you right now as this fixed the problem FOR THE MOMENT, but mine is still going in the trash as soon as I can get something else.

    Thanks! You Win the RUclips Solution Video of 2022!!!! it worked on my Keurig 2.0. only took 2 cycles of holding down the button while it ran through a cycle. Thanks again for providing the working solution to this crazy problem. Even Keurig couldn't solve it.

    Try manually pushing the on switch back to off. It’s supposed to be a rocker but when it does t rock back to it’s original position you have to manually push it back. Fixed mine instantly

    Have a 2 year old Keurig K-Elite & had a same problem. Did everything & even shook it up. I called Keurig customer service & they don't have a fix for this problem. They only offered me a discount for a new one since my warranty is only for one year. Did everything to resolve the problem but with no results!. So before trashing it, I decided to remove the filter & bingo it started running like normal! I actually used only filtered water on this machine & it never asked me to descale. Hope this helps some of you.

    I just found a keurig 1.0 B130 sitting on top of a closed trash container.
    It looked like it was in good condition so I tried it. At first it worked ok but after a few times started to not complete the cycle. I found this video and others and now I realize why I found it in the trash.

    Mine started shutting off. I thought it was the green mountain coffee pods. They were backing up/ getting ground bits of coffee all over the cup, and water came out the pod. Then the descale came on. I cleaned it. Still shutting off after flushing with hot water and cleaning k cup holder in hot water. Used a diff pod and it worked fine. Also take out filter & replace.

    Holding the button down fixed the issue and Keurig reps. didn’t offer any advice to fix the issue. Thank!!!

    Thank you! It didn’t help I think my boyfriend broke mines because it turned on and started smoking where the coffee comes from and won’t cut back on so I’m just going to buy a new one.
