For those who have trouble with the non blinking light (lift the top where the k cup goes and there should be a black little circle button. Gently remove it and place it back in and it should begin to blink) hope this works😊
FIXED DO THIS I had this problem because there was air in the line so the pump couldn't prime. I solved my issue by filling the reservoir about 1/4 full and placing it back on the machine. Then I basically lifted the reservoir up and down rapidly and saw little air bubbles coming up from the place where the water intake is in the bottom. I did this until the air bubbles stopped appearing. It creates some sort of vacuum inside the machine I think and gets the air out of the line so the pump can prime. Anyway, I then filled up the reservoir with water and turned the machine on. It finally sucked water into the internal tank much to my relief. I've read other people have had similar issues after having put their machine in storage while moving. No one tells you how they fix it though. Just thought I would share my fix-it to try in case it can help someone else. Best of luck!

We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
I've had a few and I always fix it the same way. Try this and see if it works. Unplug it, take out your water reservoir. You probably don't have to but I always remove the water as well. Then press the little rubber piece where the water enters the machine until all of it comes out, and dry it with a towel. Replace the reservoir, add the water and plug the power back in. See if this works when you brew; if not do this 1-2 more times. I've done this and it always works, but you could have a different issue.

I unplugged it for a minute, plugged it back in. The lights still won't flash. The lights come on, but they just stay on. The only way I can successfully brew a cup of coffee is by holding the 10 and 6 down at the same time. Then, the 8 flashes and I can push that. But it says it's descaling. 😂
Mine is brand new out the box. I've tried everything you said and it will not brew a cup of coffee. All the lights light up, cleaned the tank and have it 3/4 way full. K cup in place correctly, lid is down flush. Nothing happens. I pushed the 6,8,10 oz buttons and nothing worked.
@@anamartinez-tc7fd Got one today and had the same problem, fixed it though. While plugged in, press 10z and 6oz at the same time. Descaling will begin. Make sure water is filled to the max and keep brewing 8oz until the descaling light is off. This will mean you might go through two whole rounds of the water reservoir- so 8 cups of 8oz until mine turned off. After, slowly lift the handle at the top and wait for your lights to turn on and to blink- after, insert your kcup and boom
What I found that works is trying to remove all the water from both the tank and the little spot under the tank and the machine did that after washing and rinsing out the tank shoved the corner of a bar towel in to get the water out just so the right amount of water is fed into the machine for the right size of coffee try it and see if you want
Hey guys what worked for me is taking the whole water tank and gently pulsing it up and down. It releases air from the line. I did it before i tried to brew and during the brew. Then i took the back of the tank off and pulsed the thing at the bottom where it draws the water. It worked for me

Coffe maker is somewhat new like 3 month old, needle is clean, water is inside but whem the button is pressed, makes the sound but does not pour the water as a way to clean it, none of this options were my case, looks like I'll need to dismantle it.
If you've tried all the previous steps and suspect there may be an issue with the water reservoir, you can try filling it halfway, placing it on the machine, and then gently lifting it up and down for about 39 seconds to release any trapped air bubbles.

Been reading the comments on this model…it appears everyone calls these models absolute trash…and I would have to agree. I haven’t been able to make it work one time. One random day I saw the lights flashing as if I turned it on and wanted coffee in that instance (I had just got home from work) it was so random….ever since then it never works when I want it to. And besides…if I have to finagle this machine every time I want a cup of coffee like the way this video is showing, then that just shows me what an absolute pos product this is. Going to the store for a refund. So disappointed, other Keurigs I’ve used in past years in a work setting or at friends houses always work flawlessly. My problem was a dirty needle. Worked perfectly after that!

If you call keurig and let them know you’re having this issue they’ll send you a new one if your machine is still in warranty.
