Will you be interviewing Jessie Inchauspe who wrote the book Glucose Revolution, where she writes about all of the vinegar benefits and how to utilize it to balance blood sugar?
In cooking i use vinegar as a flavour balancer, it helps tie things together. I also use a lot of pickled food, and do my own pickling. Vinegar is an important part of my kitchen
As someone in their mid 30s, I never heard DMB for Dave Matthews Band . That acronym may have been made up a few days ago🥴 Excellent vid n info 👏 Since early this year I'm having 1oz ACV, 2oz cranberry , half lemon wedge, 8oz water before last meal of day.
Not sure if I missed this, but, to lower sugar spike, is it taken before the meal? I know eating protein before carbs has been proven to lower sugar spike. Was not sure on the vinegar.
Time stamps for long podcasts, they’re really interesting but with limited free time I think people would really appreciate time stamps. Please, thank you! :)
@@-astrangerontheinternet6687 I obviously mean what I wrote, “long podcasts”, and I don’t think 15min is long rather 1-2h long podcasts. Can’t believe I even have to explain this, thought it was obvious. But hey… 😂😂😂😂🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️
Use a straw - when drinking diluted Apple Cider Vinegar or any other type of vinegar that is drank. You could also add a pinch of cinnamon to the mix. That reportedly helps control BSL's as well.
Hi Max, I have been watching your videos for a while and seems you are very knowledgest for many things, I was wondering maybe you can help me with a "photosensivity" issue that I have for many years, big eczema patches around my belly and underarms, they will last around 7-10 days, very itchy, usually they form after I return from the beach, I usually use a 30 PF blocker but seems useless, do you mind point me in the right direction what to do? thank you,
I drink a glass of water with apple cider vinegar, a packet of LMNT electrolyte powder, and a squirt of stevia every day. It’s delicious. My husband was taking two Prilosec every day for five years. Now he takes none.
Yes. I take 2 tablespoons in the morning and evening before bed. The big issue is hyperinsulemia (high insulin), not blood glucose. Abdominal-visceral-ectopic (organ) fats affects blood sugar regulation.
Yes it can help BUT you will still need to opt for a healthy wholefoods diet lower in carbohydrates from refined grains and sugar, replace them with healthy fats and protein plus lots of non starchy vegetables
Wht vinegar is great for cleaning windows mixed half each of water with a drop of Dawn Blue dish soap. Straight wht vinegar is great to take crayon stains out floor tiles careful that can strip wax. Very many great cleaning purposes as well as health care.
correct as to laundry. I use it with a couple drops of my favorite essential oil. It's also a great remover of tape residue off of mirrors and glass (Nature's acid)
Please interview Sara Aguilar, she is a well known British Health Anthropologist and also CEO of Keto Supplements which she launched to bring hard to find health products to the EU market for the first time. Sara had a really interesting talk on how she first applied these principles to help her husband's epilepsy and sister's diabetes. I put it in my salad along with olive oil and lemon juice. Very good
Max best way to drink apple vinegar is before, after or during meals?
Drinking it now . Man wish God will make it taste like coffee
Try making a nice dressing from ACV, herbs, lemon, tahini or olive oil.
🤣
Also adding cinnamon is delicious!

What about standard old salt and vinegar vinegar does that help with the sugar breakdown too
Your recipe is good, I drink it often. I also use white vinegar as a fabric softener. It works great.

Yes, just before the meal. You can also sprinkle vinegar on rice to reduce spike.

What if you have GERD?
def dilluted with water and the dosage of vinegar should be less than normal. try a teaspoon in a glass of water and lil by little introduce more
Vinegar works as a digestive aid. It has helped me with GERD.

Hopefully white vinegar fits into this
Will citric acid do the same thing as ascetic acid?

I wonder if vinegar pills are as effective.
Does kombucha have the same benefits?
Max, u should be a doc.genius
Does eating/drinking vinegar damage teeth enamel? or make teeth yellow?
yes, it's very acidic. Max mentions early in video to dilute with water as it can damage teeth and burn the eosophagus
They have these new things- like tubes with holes in them. I think they call them staws. You might want to try that.
