Use a straw - when drinking diluted Apple Cider Vinegar or any other type of vinegar that is drank. You could also add a pinch of cinnamon to the mix. That reportedly helps control BSL's as well.

Hi Max, I have been watching your videos for a while and seems you are very knowledgest for many things, I was wondering maybe you can help me with a "photosensivity" issue that I have for many years, big eczema patches around my belly and underarms, they will last around 7-10 days, very itchy, usually they form after I return from the beach, I usually use a 30 PF blocker but seems useless, do you mind point me in the right direction what to do?
    thank you,

Yes. I take 2 tablespoons in the morning and evening before bed. The big issue is hyperinsulemia (high insulin), not blood glucose. Abdominal-visceral-ectopic (organ) fats affects blood sugar regulation.

Please interview Sara Aguilar, she is a well known British Health Anthropologist and also CEO of Keto Supplements which she launched to bring hard to find health products to the EU market for the first time. She launched it to help people with chronic disease use diet and natural supplements instead of medicines that only mask symptoms. Sara had a really interesting talk on how she first applied these principles to help her husband's epilepsy and sister's diabetes.
It would be really interesting to have an interview on:
Keto Supplements and healthy low carb diets for: hormonal health, weight loss, reversing insulin resistance, improving mental health, athletic recovery, cognition etc
There is so much we can learn from our past and hearing a Health Anthropologist’s approach to modern health and increasing healthspan would be really useful.
The keto mindset shift needed in society - the shift in mindset.
Successful female health entrepreneurs in the wellness space
