An FTX RAVINE Crawler has front and rear steering,
And on the handset is a button
to select steering modes. So you can choose front only, rear only, both same way, and both opposite ways.
I purchased an additional x2 escs and converted my other crawlers to dual steer too. And all from the same handset.
Have a look at the ftx ravine on youtube...its a cheap but awsome crawler..and real fun to use! I can highly recommend getting one!
thank for videos
ciao. i appreciate very much yr channel. yr professional and scientific approach is very interesting, unusual in rcworld (as in many worlds, by the way :-) and useful. concerning the mst cfx.w j45c, which i happily own (i named it crikketto, like in the movie CARS :-), i am excited abt this video and the possibility to add rear wheels steering relatively
easely. but i do not understand why u use to transmitters/receivers, and how u can drive in such a way :-). ciao , alberto
Hi ! Great job
Are the rear servo mount and steering rods included in the RTR pack ?
To be more clear lol do I just have to buy a servo and a compactible transmitter/reciever ? Everything else is in the box ?
Thanks
Thanks for your feedback and interest! The servo mounts are included. You need to buy some steering rods, servo and the controller. Then enjoy!
I have a rear steer crawler and a Dumborc receiver and remote. What channel do you have the rear servo in? I believe mine is in the channel where you can turn it with the knob on top of the remote. When I drive around the rear axle kind of steers where ever it wants to go even though it started out straight. Ever have this issue?
Thanks for watching! I use mostly channel 4. This is only on/off, but I can control it with the thumb of my Reely GT6 EVO controller. Alternatively also channel 5 and 6 works, in continuous mode, but then you need the second hand. Hope this helps!
Power🔥🔥🔥
Nice !!!
Hi
Would you possibly have web links to the parts required to make this modification? ie Steering links required as I think in one of the replies to a comment you said the second servo mount was included in the kit
TIA
Geoff Peacock
Hi Geoff, the only thing you need besides Servo and RC controller/receiver are the steering rods. There are different ones available at Aliexpress or Banggood. You may adjust the lengths. Steering brackets (see my movie) we’re included in the MST kit.

Thank you 👍
Love it
I have a crawler with rear wheel steering ,yet I keep braking the CVD joints on the front with the end points turned down to 50% and the rears at 100% yet I can't figure out why it happens, until I do figure it out it will sit on the shelf which is ashame,it's an ftx mauler that has been heavily upgraded
front servo and rear servo using different channel or one channel? both running simultaneously or can be used only one?
Thanks for watching my channel. I use different channels. But I tried it also via one. Then I needed a Servo converter to make the steering act in different directions.
What servo brackets did you use?
As far as I remember, there was a second set of Servo brackets in the MST assembly kit.
