We're glad to hear you find the MK-07 interesting! At Rlaarlo, we're always looking for new ways to innovate and excite our customers. Stay tuned for more exciting releases in the future - we're just getting started! Thank you for your interest and support! 😛
Rlaarlo is doing great stuff I wish they had parts available in the US. I bought the AMD12 and it sits around way too much to make more purchases. The two times I purchased parts they shipped directly from China and took a little over 30 days to arrive. If they could get parts out to me in a week I would have a lot more Rlaarlo products 🤑
With their speed cars, the Omni and now this… Rlaarlo are killing it! If they could just polish their customer service and parts/upgrades availability I think they’d have a few big players taking note! 👌🏻
Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying our cars like the Omni and the MK-07. We're continuously working to improve our customer service ,your input is invaluable to us! ❤
I really like most the stuff Rlaarlo is doing. The lack of waterproofing seems like an oversight & could be a problem for some trails. The price point is impressive for something of that size and quality. Great review & I do really enjoy the deep dives & tear downs.
Yeah at least in my experience so far though for splashing through puddles and whatnot the fender liners and fit to the body keep most of the moisture out of the inside of the car so as long as you're not actually fording water It's probably fine.
These are the models sent out to You Tubers. Looks like they have a place for a seal for the receiver box from the videos I've watched. So hopefully the production models will come sealed.
@@robertshelton2605 It's possible though I think what I got is representative of the final product. That being said it certainly would be easy enough to seal the box with a custom seal. I'm not sure it's worth it though because I don't think any of the other electronics are waterproof.
@DoRC Honestly, waterproof is not a big deal for me. I never run in water or mud. Hate the clean up. But Alot of people enjoy getting their trucks dirty.
I have to say I find your videos informative and I like that you take them apart so we can see the inner workings. If I had a complaint it would be the way you talk. Clearly it’s a radio/tv persona but I’d rather you be you

@@jasonh8470Well I definitely appreciate the input and I'm glad you like that voice. I'm honestly not sure I could go back to it though. I think I've come too far :-) thanks for being a subscriber!
Well that RC looks absolutely amazing. A good all round RC looks like it can go anywhere. Atlo I have got to say not throwing a seal in the receiver box definitely has me confused..... Like why not.... Unless some berk at the factory just didn't bother. But man it looks like a lot of fun and built to last. Great vid as always bro ❤
Nice, in depth review of the Rlaarlo! I always appreciate a good tear down, it really helps to understand what the rig is like! First video I see from you and I'm subbed! I'm super curious about one thing: did they hide a regular grill under the ulgy andry face grill like other manufacturers do? That would be awesome!
Anyone that says no to 6s is a traitor! Also, the rlaarlo website is all "coming soon" with zero way to get notified.... Great review but it does annoying me that companies pump out review samples to YTers before the products is even available. :( Big sad.
@@Turtlefry I'm only cool because of you guys. You guys are the ones that make the channel by watching and commenting on my videos. If it weren't for you there wouldn't be a channel so thank you!
I just checked the Rlaarlo website and it refuses the majority of spare parts and upgrades are available from there but of course that's not guaranteed long-term which is definitely one of the risks you take buying from a brand that isn't Traxxas or Horizon.
I've never been into crawlers but this thing is speaking to me. It's telling me to open my wallet. Oof, I just read some threads on the Arrma forums and apparently Rlaarlo manages to have parts on backorder for months and in stock parts that take more than 6 weeks to arrive. Pass. That's unfortunate. Maybe if they open up US distributors in the future. Also, weirdly I can't even find the brushless for sale on Rlaarlo's own (terribly designed) website. Looks like fun though. I just can't be waiting a month and a half for parts.
Yes there's an email address in the about section but you have to view it on desktop as they don't allow you to see it on mobile for some strange reason.
RLAARLO’s “customer service” is by far the absolute WORST in the RC industry. I appreciate your input but when I see something that is a deficiency I'm going to mention it. Would you prefer I be one of those channels that act like everything about everything is the best thing that's ever been made?
The point being made was that something as simple as body removal is a pain on this rc because of the factory wire configuration. Not a big deal but still kind of an end-user design miss. I appreciate reviews that take the time to point out both the good and the bad on any new rc, to better inform people. If you prefer manufacturer hype videos to decide what to buy, go do that. And keep on fanboying, fanboy.
@@JT-6s Yeah I wasn't really trying to make too big of a deal out of it but because of the hinged design to do any major work to this truck the body has to come off and it's kind of a pain to have to route wiring all the way from the receiver anytime you want to do it.
The realistic look of the body is superb! I like doing light kits on my rc's so to see this detailed kit from the factory just warms my heart
Yeah definitely is awesome!
Very interesting truck. Surprised Rlaarlo would come out with something like this. Makes me curious to see what they do next!
Yeah it's definitely something different from them! I'm glad they did it though cuz it's a pretty cool truck.

Great breakdown and this thing looks epic!
Thanks and yeah it's pretty cool.
Love the looks. Probably a little slow for city bashing/crawling. If i could upgrade to about 200mph on high speed, that would be awesome.
Check my latest videos :-)
Seems excessive. 150 mph max would be plenty for me.

Great deep dive 👍🏻

Imo rlaaro is the best budget brand now
They are definitely coming out with some good products and for the price this thing's pretty hard to beat.
I know you don’t really do road cars but you should try the Ak 787 dual motor it hast a advertised 120mph top speed

I didn't check but I don't think so. That would be cool though. Thanks for the sub!
Looks like you're going to have to put conforming liquid on the receiver to make it waterproof. Are the rest of the electronics waterproof?
I don't think so.

🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉what a BEAST 🎉🎉🎉🎉looks awsome
Yeah it's pretty sweet truck.
Interested to know turning circle with diffs locked and unlocked great vid👍
Not too dissimilar but it's definitely worse with the differentials locked as you would expect.
Where did you get that LiPo battery power analyzer? That's a very nice unit.
Progressive RC makes them. They're made in small batches by some super battery guru guy :-)
Thanks!
How does this stack up against the TractionHobby Tank 300? Which do you think offers better value if I can only choose one?
The tank is 1/8 scale and independent front suspension. It's also quite a bit more expensive. This is larger has a solid front axle and is cheaper.
Pretty good video for every details😍
Thanks Glad you enjoy it!

Hi,
Very grateful for you. Don't you think that all thses nonbranded chineese parts make it unreliable?
Only if it is unreliable and so far this is proven to be pretty good.
$499 for all this. damn.. woahh..
I agree. It's a lot for the price.
Scx6 Killers
Yeah not as big but a lot cheaper.
But can KT pull a Lambo with it? Enjoyed the review 👍
Maybe. Check out my latest video to see how strong the drivetrain is.
Hi, I'm thinking about this model, are there spare parts for it? gears ?
I just checked the Rlaarlo website and it refuses the majority of spare parts and upgrades are available from there but of course that's not guaranteed long-term which is definitely one of the risks you take buying from a brand that isn't Traxxas or Horizon.
I’ve been doing some digging rlaaro says they will offer one with a sensord brushless motor but all the versions are brushed do you have any idea why?
From what I've heard the brushless version will be available in the future. I don't really have any more information than that.
Oh so it will probably be the carbon version like the other higher end models.
dang it's Purdy

Yeah unfortunately parts availability can be a tricky with them. Stay tuned I have an alternative coming tomorrow :-)
Just put a teather / limit strap on the body to the chassis
Yeah there are definitely options I just think that something so basic should be taken care of by the manufacturer.
When you compare to “1/8” I’m assuming you mean 1/10?
Eh. Kind of the same thing. Depending on which manufacturer you're referring to that scale is either 1/8 or 1/10.
Is that a 775 motor?
I believe it's larger. I think most 775 motors are 4267 ish and this one says it's 5280
Hey bro, this model adopt 5280 motor🥰
1st!!!
Thanks for watching :-)
Pretty cool rig but I wish these companies would use something other than a Jeep body all the time!
It does seem to be the default design.

The top speed is ridiculous,my yikong 4083 is very faster and smooth at low speed
Well it is a crawler so I don't think top speed is really the goal
@@DoRC yes but for the trail the speed is too low😓
