Avocado does contain high calories, but it is good for you. Just excercise for a few minutes extra, to burn the calories from avocado.

I am surprised you put dark chocolate at S rank because this contains a lot of sugar, so I think this should be A rank at most, but this is your opinion.
There are dark chocolate bars with antioxidants that don't use lots of sugar.

A list really helps making smarter more cost effective choices, awesome video. However, chicken breast is a protein source gold standard - bottom !!! Also, lists of vegetables and fruits with highest nutritional/ health yields would awesome, sort of answering the Q “If only one, which one .”
Are flax seeds as good as chia seeds?
General speaking Flax seed is a little better for the reason it has more of the 2 kinds of fiber you need. Though most Americans especially do not get enough of the fiber that is mostly in Chia seeds. Flaxseed goes good with granola .
They're both good. Chia is higher in iron but flaxseed is higher in ALA omega 3.
Really lame about "not wanting to be sterotypical dietitian always talking about kale" like, really? Who tf CARES if it's that healthy as it actually is. Kale can seriously turn your life around. Facts are facts, and fact is that kale is one of, if not the most nutritional veggie out there.
its not when you consider the pesticides needed to farm it… kale is so nutritious and thats why it is targeted by insects… but realistically any kale you buy is riddled with pesticide that cannot be removed

kale is s tier your mad, low phytic acid and oxalate, literally the best alternative to dairy for calcium, dark chocolate is ok, but it's ultra processed... not worthy of s tier... eggs and avocado should also be s tier.... beef too
