I'm eager to try this! I made some "bullet proof creamer" last night that involved the stove and it didn't turn out well :( Tastes good - but won't do that again. We froze our Heavy Whipping Cream a couple of months back and thawed it and continue to shake it before using it - however when we use it in hot coffee it makes the coffee very oily. Is that normal for HWC, or is it because we froze it? We're new to Keto so trying to learn :)
Technically anything that goes in your mouth other than water will break your fast. However, you can have small amounts of fat and still have benefits :-) Now, a half cup would definitely break your fast :-)

How do you get 0 carbs when the heavy whipping cream has carbs
depends on the brand of heavy cream. for example dairyland brand heavy cream has 0 carbs
