My favorites are Almond or Cashew. Depending on how I want to use the milk. I find cashew nice and thick so I tend to use it for pasta dishes or anything that I’d use cream for. Plain Almond most for everything else, and almond milk with vanilla and dates for when I want a little sweetness
I made oat milk this morning with chickpeas. 3C water, 1C ice, 1/4C chickpeas. It doesn't taste as good as Califi Oat milk by itself. But it was delicious with cereal. It surprised me how long it took to squeeze out the milk in the bag. But, it's worth the work. Thank you. I can't wait to make the creamer next
