I’ve got bilateral sulcus ent tried some filler but it did not work. I get voice breaks and when I talk my vocal folds are tight and quinces. Voice therapy has failed. Do you think Botox injection will help
Does this treatment have other complications?
My airway was burned in the military by hydrazine. A toxic component of f16 jet fuel. Since i got covid in 20, I've had a very loud, nonstop, harsh bark cough. It will not respond to anything. It ALWAYS went away before with throat coat tea. I sound like a walrus with croup. I just got a botox block to try and stop it. It feels like the needle is still in my vocal cords. I've completely lost my voice now and I still bark. I wish someone could find an answer for this. My ent is outstanding.

Why do some doctors insist on injecting lidocane? I prefer it without because I dont feel a difference, just another injection which I dont like. They do two injections of lidocane for some reason. Other doctors prefer no lidocane, I cant get a straight answer about this
