I like to know how to move my PS1 saves I backed up with my Dexdrive on my PC to my PlayStation classic but I never seen any videos on it for AutoBleem.
Man I love the tireless work from genderbent, Magnus RC, and everybody else that's made the PSC what it is today. Its because of the PSC scene that I stumbled on and subbed to this fine channel, so 30 bucks was a heck of an investment
I mean the controllers alone are worth the 20$ sale price, it would have been amazing if they were the joystick variant. But this thing is easily a better value than a raspberry pi if all you want is a retro game machine. Plan on hacking mine for psp

Great stuff. Would be cool if you just could press "down" or "up" in the evolution Ui to see the carussell of the next system.
I'm unpacking one of the builds , just got a ps 1 classic. Using a Samsung 128gb usb drive. See how it goes, but real easy, once unpacked , just copy paste. Thanks for the videos I'm pumped cant wait to start playing.

I like all the additions, hacks and bolt ons for the Playstation Mini. It's like being able to turn a Ford Pinto into a Chevy Corvette.

Awesome new features. What I would love to see maybe in 0.7.1 that IMHO would make it perfect: option to exit from RetroArch back to Evolution UI if a game was started from Evolution UI, option to make X launch PS1 games in RetroArch by default, add square to the button legend on the bottom of Evolution UI to show RetroArch option for PS1, show RetroArch save states in Evolution UI. I'm loving the progress.

Was the emulators different in RetroArch and straight from the menu? It wasn't PCSX ReARMed in both cases? Is the performance any better with running it through RetroArch?
Also is there some games which doesn't run as fast as they should and much more issues with speed using high resolution and speedhack? Do any of the pre-made images with games include per game settings including emulated CPU speed to optimize game performance and visuals from the beginning?
Also this is the third video I watch of AutoBleem 0.7 and definitely the nicest because your (voice has such) enthusiasm and want to get straight into it makes it so easy and enjoyable to listen too even if I knew exactly what to expect from it :D
I haven't spent too much time playing ps games on my ps classic but I loaded up bloody roar 2 through the standard emulator and it was running a bit sluggish but when I run it through retroarch it performed much better so definitely a nice feature to have

MLP, do the game covers shown on EvolutionUI for consoles other than psx create themselves? or do i have to manually download every game cover art?

I honestly think that the 20 dollar ps1 classic has destroyed the market for other minis.
If I were sega I would make sure that its mini is at least a little more powerful than a ps1 classic and make sure it is easily hackable as a bonus to the community.
Even then you are still paying a lot more.
@Chris Goody the hacked ps1 classic can play every tg-16 game. And it does it all for 20 dollars. How can the tg-16 possibly beat that? Answer is it cant.
So if you start up the PS Classic, you can use Dual shock 4 right? And if you load a PS1 game through the Evolution UI using Retroarch, does this allow the appearance seamless Analog support? Because you obviously don't need the right analog and the dpad emulation of the left analog is fine. In Retroach, you can use a real Dualshock right? So once the game loads that way, you should be able to play Ape Escape. I wish there was an option to load PS1 games automatically through Retroach with the X button by default, and that the other console menu was a one button press. And that button should also be displayed on the home screen. So the DS4 controller should work perfectly right? And did they ever fix the SN30 Pro Plus? Can they make 8bitdo's home buttons exit Retroarch? And what do they need to do to use any off the shelf low profile Bluetooth dongle? Please do an Analog video with the new Update.

Do the savestates copy back and forth between Evolution and Retroarch as well or just the memory card saves? Also, is there a guide on how to set up those borders/overlays? like have it automatically changes depending on the game you play? Thanks.

I love the channel. Trying to find a video you did on how to add roms (like Turbo Graphic set) for the playstation classic. I know to make the list you used retroarch for the PC and then transferred that list. Can I get a link for that video please.
I have the Christmas build of Autobleem and are looking to upgrade. If i drag and drop the files on a windows machine and hit replace, won't to remove all of the games and save game files that are already on the USB stick? Is that the expected behavior and then you just have to re-drag the games back into games/ROM?

I know ive mentioned it briefly in a video, but yeah you can put music on the PS Classic. On the root of your drive goto folders as follows; Autobleem > bin > autobleem > music
You can put music their but has to be in the .ogg format. There are converters available if you google it to change mp3 to ogg.

Where do you all find your backup game files? Also, did I understand that Autobleem has game backups on their site?
ROMs are illegal to download, of course they don't have them on their site.

I dont understand the memory card system for autobleem. Even after this update I still cant assign a memory card to the second slot. I'd really appreciate a video explaining the memory card manager in full

Patch with Bleemsync kernel first. Autobleem does not modify anything on the console itself as the developers stated.
I've got a question about gba roms. I have this translated game for the gba that works on my phone's emulator (classicboy) but fails to be recognised in retroarch on my ps classic. Anyone know the reasoning or how I could fix this? Thanks.

my ps classic (pal) do not recognize my USB sticks i have tried 3 of them. (ive tried Autobleem full & pal version)
One of my usb sticks worked 3 or 4 times. After that my ps classic booted in the original menu, i rebooted the system several times but my psc never started with autobleem again.
Do i have to use a specific usb stick? Do they need too much power? Will your recommended usb stick work?

How do you guys play the N64 games and other emulators that require a Analog stick? Is there a way to use the direction buttons on psc controller? I can't play half the games I have on the emulators.
Personally I use a PS3 controller with the 8bitdo wireless adaptor. Took a bit of research and setting up to get it to work and get the analogue sticks working but it's great now. Other solutions are available, most I think are easier to set up. I'm really not a fan of the controllers supplied with the PSC specifically because of the lack of analogue sticks.

Hey, I updated me playstation classic to autobleem 0.7 and it seems to be working so far, but when I try to run any PS1 game through retroarch nothing seems to happen. I also can't bring up the playlists for retroarch games in EvoUI. If anyone has an idea for how to fix this please let me know.
riiight i copped 2 while they hit $20 one for me one for my homie i made a nice build but im stil having trouble with SNES games. guess i jsut need to clean up the file directory and rescan, i think the readme.txt files are making it trip balls while scanning.
Is it me or does the scanline shader for the PCE look off a bit?
Scanlines when recorded and shown on RUclips never look correct in my experience. They looked ok to me in real life, but im not a fan of scanlines on modern displays honestly.

Two the otg cables that you suggested didnt gave the unit power just wouldn't boot auto bleed. Any other suggested otg cable?
Someone else here said it requires a kernel hack to work. I haven't started working with mine yet, so I can't verify.
Autobleem doesn't enable OTG, you need to flash custom Bleemsync kernel first.

Is sega saturn supported?
I think from before that it seemed like Dreamcast emulation may actually work better than Saturn one? And Dreamcast will unlikely run at the speeds you'd want to I assume. I assume it's not powerful enough to really deal with those at-least not for a lot of games but I don't know for sure. Both may be "supported" as in the cores existing but running the games well / being capable to emulate the system at full speed is a different story.
