Shouldn't get them kerbed, little unknown feature of the Qashqai is when parking if you press the "camera" nutton next to the centre screen it switches to the side camera where you can see the wheels and kerb so you don't ruin your alloys, but not sure if that comes on all models or just the Tekna

    • @pauricburke7428

It's virtually impossible to kerb the alloys, in my 2019 Trina with 19in rims pro pilot guide you as you park, reversing into position and the camera automatically come on, the amount of features and standard equipment is unbelievable in a qashqai, you really need to drive and own one to understand, I'm on my 3rd now and this new model looks very tasty indeed.

Rory has an affection for one more thing, besides the cars, which makes me appreciate him even more.. He's obviously a watch guy. I've seen him wearing a few interesting pieces during his car reviews. A Rolex here, an Omega there, and in this video - a piece of modern watchmaking. Apple watch, although not much appreciated among the watch collectors, is still a nice piece to add to your watch rotation. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying to guess which model you'll be wearing in some future reviews and I admit I'm a bit jealous since watches in my collection don't cross the 500$ mark, while some of yours are more expensive than my collection combined.😀😀

Tbf it looks a nice car - it’s a good step forwards for the brand - however the engines are always poor - they tend to let the car down .

Thanks for kicking off with rear seats. Also been looking at 2nd hand Lexus RX 450h. We'll want to carry elderly, frail, but large friends. Hard centre seat will batter arthritic backsides though excessively soft seats are difficult to get out of. Headroom matters a lot. I'm heavy duty DiYer and make a lot of cabinets. Fold flat seats for bikes, panels, carrying tools for diy help for friends and relatives.
Want to drive and park with frail large passengers in SE London and drive about 1ce a month to family and friends in North Wales and Wimborne.

my 370 did 24mpg with me caning it on A and B roads....smaller displacement is not necessarily more efficient. Why not just go full EV or put a 1.6 L and 48V ...Nissan Europe = SUV and EV....boring.....No more exciting cars. Hello GR Toyota!! Shareholders meeting was embarrassing for Nissan CEO.....Theyre trying but some decisions are puzzling.....you can electrify GTR and Z and ppl wont buy simply because the brand isnt appealing.CVT, slow refresh, ....the new boxster/cayman EV will still sell because brand image.
The decision to not bring Z to UK was maybe right but you need a halo model?!...GTR is dead and old news. Sales guys will end up at Toyota. People will still import Z..maybe I will but the Nissan badge will be thrown away..

It's nice to see but it isn't helpful only showing the most expensive version for review with most expensive paint options. People will be disappointed when they go to buy as most don't buy the top model and paint scheme. They don't need 7 seats as you get that in the X-Trail.

Cool car, ok review. Bad car.
This car has been recalled 4 x times in US
Faulty welding, child seat problem, wrong wheel nuts and I think break failure,,
You might as well buy a coffin with the car.
Nissan quality control is a disaster.
Not buy for at least 2 years until safety issues are sorted.
Roy,,, bit of balanced car journalism please. I know you have to put a moderate review so you’d get more cars for future reviews.

I have a 2014 Qashqai and I'm 6'1 and have enough room fine so I imagine I'd still be fine in one of those. I really like it, but I hate the new Sat Nav screens majority of cars have now, that you can even tuck or fold away to have a clean dash, these big screens sticking out just don't appeal to me.

Mate Nissan have turned to sh1t. Nissan Juke,Note,Cube,Fuga all fugly looking cars.
What's worst of all is Nissan using the Skyline name on other models. Now everyone can say that own a Skyline but its a 250gt or a 350gt.
Nissan doesn't even look like they want to compete in the car industry like they use to.
