Me and Chloe watched this with a pastry and a coffee this morning. Really enjoyed it, found it nice and calming to start the weekend.
Looking forward to when the next bit goes on!

Thanks Sam and Chloe, glad you enjoyed it, I used different music this time, what did Chloe think of this video? I know it’s a bit different to horse related stuff but I would be interested in what she thought of the format and any suggestions she may have. If that’s ok.

Hi Steve, you are progressing well mate and there is nothing wrong with your fabrication work as the area you are working on is quite complex with lots of panels meeting together along with the odd shapes you need to make so don't doubt yourself Steve as it will end up stronger than it was when new, seam seal your joints to keep the wet and rust at bay👌
Looks like you have some new tools mate, that compressed air hole cutter is really handy to have for what you are doing as it saves a lot of drilling the holes for the plug welds and that metal stretcher is nice I didn't know you could get them that small so it's ideal for what you do👏👏thanks Steve👍

Thank you John, and thanks for the kind words, it looks a bit messy at the moment but i hope to get it all neat as and where i start to put more panels back on, I do have some tiger seal that I hope is still ok, if not I’m going to buy filler that is reinforced with fibre glass as that is supposed to be water proof.
Yeah the shrinker stretcher I’ve had for a couple of years now is wanted to show in my videos that you can use other methods like cutting slots into and bending the curve in but i also wanted to use the tools i have to create a neater job.
As with he air joggler these are quite expensive even the hand tool isn’t much cheaper they both do the same thing just the air powered one is obviously much easier to use this is quite new, interesting fact, a lot of people like to drill there holes as they like them to be a bit bigger than what this tool can produce, because they like them to be strong, I see there point but I think if you put enough plug hols in (this method is called plug welding) then they should be as strong as original if not stronger.
Both the Shrinker/stretcher and the joggler are great pieces of kit but not absolutely necessary for a beginner.
One day I would like to buy a swager AKA a bead roller I bet I could do some serious damage with that 😂
Im glad you enjoyed it mate, hopefully this section would start to come together and start looking like a rear end again.
Thanks for the comment and support as always John, hopefully see you in the next one, if this flipping rain stops!!
      Cheers Mate.
