This is exactly what I've been wanting, a gritty, dark, terrifying game that makes you feel like there's zero hope. Games nowadays have completely failed to capture this. I really hope this game is as good as it looks.

@@mrgugg3nheim Sometimes mistakes are made. While it's only fair that we get the best product at launch, the Devs fixing the issues and working non-stop to better the game is something commendable (that many studios probably wouldn't have done)

As someone who was hyped for No Man's Sky I'm still disappointed. There is a lot there, but very little of it has depth. I've played the new content and got bored in a couple of hours. It just isn't what I was looking for. But I know for some people it's a great game so good for them.
I never pursued the main quest for Skyrim beyond unlocking dragons for that reason. Then used mods to not be the Dragonborne. I'm tired of being The Chosen One in games. It's just boring.
You ought to play Morrowind or Oblivion then. Skyrim basically revolves around the Dragonborn. Everyone hates you in Morrowind, and you’re no one special in Oblivion.
I have a lot of hope for this game. Once Human personally never passed the smell test, but this seems way more doable in scale and scope as a game than that. And a game like “Ready or Not” or “Bodycam” give me some hope for the ambitious indie development team, who have realistic goals and expectations. Obviously only time will tell, but I love the idea of this game so much.
Its clearly still early but if they release it and continue to just improve it I would play it from time to time. The concept is amazing the gameplay looks similar to dayz imo.

No, I don’t care if it’s good now I’m sure ‘Killzone 2’ is enjoying “it’s good now” re-releases on modern hardware and nobody is saying ‘Star Wars Outlaws’, ‘Dustborn’ and ‘Concord’ just needs some updates to get good either. I want ‘Forever Winter’ to be good. Hopefully they’ve released the playable versions in time so the hype doesn’t get too out of control. If they were to learn anything from this it’s to follow a ‘Wreckfest/Next Car Game’ structure and get something playable for investors right away *then* make the cinematic trailers.
Seeing that there's killzone devs on this makes total sense and excites me....killzone 2 still has a hardcore fanbase to this day and those guys really knew how to make a feature rich hardcore game
i love that series of games..even that small one on PSP....the games did not had diversity in builds/equipment/weapons of some today games, but the art/ esthetics, level design and the atmosphere / lore are so well done !

Medics were absolutely essential to Assassination mode, Engineers essential to SnD, Tacticians the backbone of the team setting spawns and Scout class marking everyone on the battlefield and sniping from afar. Warzone was by far the best multiplayer mode ive ever played and I don’t know why anyone hasnt done their own spin on it to this day. Best of 7 with rotating game modes made each class feel important and each map play differently each time you played it depending on where the objectives cycled to

tbh when i looked at the gameplay overview trailer, i saw some things that are a bit fucky like your hands in fps or the fact that rain falls even under a roof but it doesn't matter, i'm still hopeful for this game
This game got real real potential , i would love to see some big ass battles, but i understand that this means more cpu usage so its okay to keep it smaller
certainly a very early build, i hope they'll tweak the flinching so it won't end up the same way as helldivers 2 where you get locked in constant flinching, making you unable to do anything

@@beeflord Okay thank fuck because that is probably the deciding factor on me getting it or not. I absolutely abhor close up over the shoulder. The asymmetrical awkwardness of it doesn't add to the horror or atmosphere it's just fucking annoying.
Its rough around the edges but that's exactly why I like it. If the gameplay is solid and *FUN* everything else is irrelevant, well except for the *IMMACULATE* vibes of the setting of course.

The design of the environment and the models is very cool :D i cannot wait for early acces. just the animations could be more realistic (use some inverse kinematics or ragdolls as it was in helldivers) because now most of moving characters is hovering
