    I thought it was like this. I've seen some where only the legs and arms meet. I had a feeling I needed to lift both legs and upper body.

      Yeah, I prefer levitation while doing v-ups. Makes it easier! I do it every workout

    I do my v sit ups too fast as you show in video but they still removed the mid section fat like magic without any dieting. Now I'll try to do my Vs in a more controlled way

    Because i have weak abdominal muscles is it normal to shake a little (struggle) sitting up?

      Try practicing sit ups, if you can do sit ups easily with out any problems, then you should try do v up. I'm not a pro or anything but It worked for me this way...

    you said not to go fast but is it ok to go fast if your still doing it correctly and come down slowly?

      Louvenia Taylor yes. Start with the variations then work your way up. Everybody starts from the bottom and you start developing strength

    This is not the best demonstration, the correct form should be both legs straighten and point! Keep practicing and will be better!

    Back is curved. Feet aren't pointed. But you should stop now. This exercise, aka coccyc balance, is really bad for your back.
