    Loved it very much! Great start to my 30mins. practise. I normally do some hip release stretches for the SI joint/sciatica area and then I move on to to a 20min or 15min. standing practise with your gentle voice guiding me; ending with a 20min yoga nidra (I will have to do the nidra on the bed because the floor is getting too cold for lying down😆; can you believe me saying this after a scorching 4months of over 98degree days). Sending you warm wishes for a lovely Autumn🍁🧡.
