@@TJ-100 Nah man, it would affect everybody.
It couldn't be any simpler to see. if you had 1 million guns for criminals to get to and you turn that down to 100,000 guns, that's less guns for the criminals to get to.
See how numbers work?..
It's not perfect, but it's a better start than doing nothing.
@@AlexR_44 but you aren’t counting the current guns the criminals have which you have no idea. Plus you can easily buy guns off the dark web as well. So by this logic what are you going to do if you can’t have a gun and the criminal doesn’t have a gun but he/she got you at knife point? EXACTLY! Y’all want citizens to be free range to criminals
@Lilypoo621 that wasn’t a law abiding citizen because a law abiding won’t do goofy ish like he did. So again yall point to mess with gun laws is stupid. Just like recently in Colorado a lady physically abused an autistic child on the school bus and she went through a tight background check lol. So again if someone decides to break the law, that’s on them. But making it harder for the ones who aren’t just to protect themselves against criminals is foolish
I respect all of our food delivery workers I appreciate what you folks do thank you!
attempted murder
I agree, attempted murder!
How stupid this person was for shooting at pizza delivery. Did he think twice before shooting at young lad.
What's wrong with these people?
A fool with a gun. Should be placed under the prison
Attempted murder is what it was. I don't believe the homeowner knew anything about what was going on in his driveway. If he would have bothered to step out onto his porch and have a look around, he might have discovered it was a Pizza Delivery. This kid lived, but the next poor soul who ends up in error, in this guys driveway, may not survive.
Not only shouldn't he own weapons, he needs prison time to re think his security strategy.
These tuff cowards all own guns smh
Too many guns.
Per the law, you can't actually shoot someone for stealing you car in your driveway. It considered property theft. You need to believe you are at risk for death or bodily harm.
The judge which watched over case of death during wrong driveway said that it's the worst thing someone could do. Giving the guy life. This on same standard should cost guy 20 years mandatory.
Bro... that guy need to be arrested.
Sue him in civil court too.
He thought someone was trying to break into his vehicle is not a plausible reason to just open fire. He hit that car three times and who knows where the other four rounds ended up!?!?! A firearm is for safety and is used as a last resort except when you or yours is in imminent danger.
Civil lawsuit will remedy this.
Civil Lawsuits don't throw people in prison.
@SmokeyTreats, Civil lawsuits are no remedy. The problem is, we have a "Rambo" Complex in Our Society, many of these guys are just ITCHING to unload at the Slightest things! This is the bottom line.
Remember, folks, there's such a thing as a superseding indictment. The DA might be starting with the easy charge while gathering evidence to determine if an upgrade is appropriate.
As a delivery driver especially at night when it's dark it's hard to see the numbers to the address and some addresses don't have the numbers visible or no number indicating the address at all and when following gps it takes you to the area but sometimes not exactly maybe a few houses down from the exact address then you have people's dogs to contend with then some crazy s o b with a gun it's very dangerous and I ended up in a similar situation one evening trying to deliver pizza and it was the next house down had to keep telling the guy I was a pizza delivery driver and I was holding a pizza delivery order dressed in a uniform finally he put down the gun he had aimed at me and I walked nextdoor and it was the right address. This guy should be charged with attempted murder not only did he shoot at the delivery driver but 7 times he truly had the intent to hit him.
THis is getting so out of hand.
The Usual Suspects
this barely made the news. if the kid was black it would play non stop
... so sad folks are so afraid 😢
Usual suspects. Suburbia insulates people so much that they lose all common sense when armed with a literal deadly weapon. Notable how the teen victim is trying to avoid outright criticizing reckless gun ownership so he doesn’t invite hate on social media. Sad situation all around.
When it involves whytes, notice how they don’t bombard the comment section with “usual suspects.” Funny how that works
@@RabbitWatchShop & @earlyriser03 That's because they're not the usual suspects & you know it. The fellas are & you know that too.

While I disagree with everyone allowed to have a gun with no training requirement, politicians who try to ban the guns are the same people who implemented catch and release and allowed habitual criminals to rampage unpunished.
That is attempted murder wtf
The man needs to be banned from owning a gun for 5 years
Why are people ao stupid, you cant shoot at someone just for pulling into your driveway! Dont let this guy ever have a gun again!
There could be something out there saying "Don't become a delivery driver!"
It's attempted murder.
Who does this man know that deflected the proper charges? What if there had been a pedestrian walking nearby who got hit by a ricochet?
Glad I’m done with part time door dashing, f that
What kind of country do we live in where you can't even shoot someone for pulling into your driveway without catching a charge?
THIS IS AMERICA
This is absolutely attempted murder. Maybe someone should look into whether the detectives know this man.
The angels was with this kid that night
What is wrong with America!!! This is so common now!!
Obama said best. People cling to their guns and Bible when they're scared.
Happens everyday. I had a bad neighbor drive his truck at me super fast burn out start to skid stop. Cop gives him a trespassing ticket? Vehicler assault is the way I saw it?
