Club Mahindra donot address any of your issues once you complete your payments. Yearly maintanence charges will come around Rs. 20000/-
You never get a booking. It will be always waiting list. They sell the rooms for cash to put siders. They promised that the resorts are only for members.

Sir. I am a club member for the past 3 years. Many of the things you said is absolutely wrong. I think the staff whom you have contacted lack a lot of knowledge and even I was not informed everything when I took the membership. I learnt it all after being a member. And most of the staff are interested in enrolling people only. The have no much role in the company. Now as a member I am getting 13 to 15 days per year, while the entitled is only 7 days. Many things here are like this way.

I am also club Mahindra blue member..I am not satisfied...I am complet one year right now I can't get any single day vacation in this company..when I join the club Mahindra no any hidden charges then next month they asking ASF..if we not pay that money then they not give rooms.

Sir first of all this is not your cup of tea, first of all you should atleast experience once before criticising, you may even compare a Benz car with a base level maruti car just to increase views. Please pay from your pocket atleast once and visit a property, then criticize . 🙏🙏

CM membership is waste of money. 1st U pay good amount, 2nd no booking avilable, 3rd Days R getting lapsed, 4th U have to pay yearly maintanence for laps days also. 5th food is very costly. 6th members dont get booking & they sell to non members.

very bad. don't purchase the timeshare. it isn't worth. I last nearly 2lacs in time shares. Goa and moonar. service tax,tax,food, calculate chaithu noke onthum prayojanam illa.
