In the absence of effective Industry wide regulation, paying any company in India for services rendered at a future date is very risky. Club Mahindra already has your money, they have no motivation to provide you the same level of service as non members. Non members can easily go to another competing resort, members are stuck with them due to lump sum and annual maintenance

this young boy has a condition called clubbed fingers where the finger tips become bulbous, this mostly indicated Lung cancer or other serious illness. please ask this young man to get himself checked by the doctors. Thanks.
Most of the time resorts are non-existent , if at all any thing is real it is fully in shambles, mostly empty, abandoned, urine smelling , full of condoms and rotting left over food strewn around.... If you want to enjoy a holiday , book decent hotels in advance , and have peace of mind
