  • Lose body fat and gain muscle at the same time with this 15 minute jump rope and dumbbell AMRAP workout.
    AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible.
    5 Minute AMRAP of:
    100 Jump Rope Single Unders
    10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
    10 Dumbbell Push Ups
    8 Box Jumps
    8 V-Ups
    Rest for 1 minute after each AMRAP
    Complete 3 Rounds

    Hi , it will be really helpful if you can create a playlist of dumbell and jumprope workout day wise like upperbody , lower body , full body etc to follow along in a week and repeat them.
    There are so many workouts wonder where to start
