AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible.
5 Minute AMRAP of:
100 Jump Rope Single Unders
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
10 Dumbbell Push Ups
8 Box Jumps
8 V-Ups
Rest for 1 minute after each AMRAP
Complete 3 Rounds
