      Hi! I Hi, I went to take a look at your products and the ingredients are all very good, natural sugar, but the collagen one I saw has 'maltodextrin', what a shame, I don't see the need for that since it has natural sugars, I'm not an expert in nutrition but I follow good doctors and I have an idea of ​​good nutrition and always look for the best option for me and my family. ☺️ but I'm going to buy some of your products soon ❤

    Doing this exercise for 4 weeks!
    ✅Day 1: I didn’t really feel anything but it’s just day one
    ✅day 2: I started to feel the burn
    ✅day 3: Feeling pretty good about myself
    ✅day 4:I started to lose hope but still keep doing it
    ✅day 5: seeing little results
    ✅day 6 I know if I keep doing this I will get more results
    ✅ day 7: Having more confidence

    what an amazing workout! so thankful she kept reminding me to be aware of my form because every time she would, i'd realise my pelvic floor and ribs were not in a good position so I wasn't feeling the burn and it even hurt at times!

    Doing this everyday for as long as i can!(goal is 6 weeks)
    ✅day 1: it BURNED expecially the one where you pump your arms up n down
    ✅day 2: also burned and I recommend using a mirror cuz it can help you
    ✅day 3: somehow didn't hurt as much this time
    ✅day 4: still haven't noticed a difference but its only day 4
    ✅day 5: almost forgot but still did it. I'm kind of losing hope cuz I still don't see any difference
    ❌day 6: was working on a project and forgot
    ❌day 7: went to sea world and forgot
    ✅day 8: I did it but I think Im gonna switch to her 5 min snatched waist one

      I recommend her 5 minute snatched waist one from a few years ago. It burns but i usually notice im less bloated the day right after.

    Hardest part for me (and I’m a beginner) is - keeping the small of my back down against the mat. These videos have shown me how weak my abs are.

    My obliques are feeling the burn 🔥 with side crunches I like those better than regular oblique crunches because sometimes they can be difficult or challenging. And my abs are burning with those hundreds and plank hip dips Friday night dance move!😊 # Nytasha joining you
