It never fails to disgust me when I hear the way some of these high profile media figures speak about Stormy Daniels. The fact that she's worked in the adult film industry and sex work in general, does NOT mean that she stopped being a human being or that she is no longer capable, or permitted to be uncomfortable or to refuse consent for anything and everything someone might want to do with her sexually. Her line of work isn't blanket consent that can never be revoked.

I’m a 76 year old woman who has been pretty much non-interested in politics until Bernie Sanders ran for President. He grabbed my attention. And since DJT announced, I have been virulently against him. I abhorred him long prior to his entry into politics and absolutely cannot understand how Christians can not only accept him, but seem to see him as the second coming. The “blackout” is a common occurrence. It’s not necessarily a blackout but more of a dissociation. Many of us dissociate. Driving to work and being surprised you got there so fast and can’t quite recall 10 minutes here or there. Like an autopilot situation. I dissociate while doing the dishes. It happens. I think that’s what happened with her. She really didn’t want to have sex with him, he was so manipulative in how he set up their “date”. It’s understandable that she “blacked out” so to speak.

We're finding out way too fast that its exactly our problem aqnd the people we have that are supposed to be the "4th estate" are blowing it at large.
