Which mg prednisolone you had? Mine is 20mg. I’m nervous to take.

Do you see your scl70 level change after Rituximab
Since SCL-70 levels aren’t used for a marker of disease activity, that isn’t a blood test that is run regularly for me. It was used during my diagnosis. But for disease activity markers, we look at CRP, Sed Rate, Neutrophils and WBC to see how the Rituxan is working. It does decrease the levels of inflammation in my blood. I hope that helps. ❤️
